Absolute worst customer service. Avoid at all costs. We ordered a lot of furniture from there after a move to a new house. Nothing went smoothly and they continuously sent defective furniture. Custom service representatives care 0% about their customers and hide behind ridiculous no return policies. Wish I could give them a zero!

We saw Cindy in the stone church location. She was amazing to work with. She was helpful every step of the way. She answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely go back for future purchases. Highly recommend!

Had a great time purchasing a new sectional and dining set with Birgit. She was very helpful and we had a few laughs while ordering our new furniture. It's very nice to browse and not have sales staff pouncing us. A very enjoyable experience.

So after leaving a review we received a call from Calvin. He reviewed our file and for a service call that we were promised (that didn't happen) he refused to honor the commitment his service department committed to. I guess honor is a thing of the past. I told him that I would give another negative review and he didn't care. What a simple gesture would do for good customer service! SAD

My mom and I came in there two days ago and was greeted and assisted by Steven! He was absolutely wonderful! extremely helpful funny patient and kind. he made everything Very easy. Even down to the payment process ( lol) A card limit is no problem for Steve!! Haha - - There’s nothing better than to feel at home and comfort while making Big decisions and purchase. What we loved about Steve the most is that he never made you feel pressured or pushed you into a sale or tried to rope you in for anything else but exactly what you wanted and gave great ideas or replacements options. He made us feel like family opposed to just A customer. thank you so much Steve for a great experience! Steven is a perfect example of why we always shop with Leon’s !!wish the retail world had more people like you - Lyndsi & Cindy( Stone Church Hamilton location)

I have been a Customer for over 20 Years. Went into Leon's last Week and The Salesperson Craig P. Served My Wife and I . What a wonderful Person He is. Just Had Knee Replacement Surgery Done and He helped Select a Recliner for Myself .Also The Young Man that Delivered The Chair was Very Pleasant and Friendly. He even Set The Chair up For Me. Well Done Leons

Terrible customer service, I purchased an item that reflected "Available" to find out it was on backorder, when I requested a minor change on my order (Exact same item, different colour because the colour I selected was on backorder) their CS Ivona refused to change it for the available colour and stated my 3 month wait for my item will now be longer!!!If I could give a zero, I would! Completely unreasonable, especially because they don't have any product exchange clauses.I was going to try Wayfair because I know they are reliable, good products, Great Customer Service, but decided to give Leons a shot, BIG MISTAKE!! Never again will I waste my time or money with Leons!

Good Morning- I purchased 5 chairs and parts were missing from 3 of the 5, so wanted to return them to the Hamilton Leon's on Pritchard and Stone Church where I purchased them a few hours earlier. I had a rude customer service person to deal with that didn't want to help me in any way shape or form, and all I was asking for was exchange the stools or get the missing parts. I hadn't even taken the chairs out of the boxes, and she said when you purchase something from the store and you bring it home - you own it and it's none returnable. On the in invoice it says nothing at all about a final sale. The Leon's rep when purchasing didn't explain about their hidden return policy, and that no warranty, exchange or refund would be available. The sales person will not even return my call when asked for the missing parts instead of a straight exchange... Nowhere on my invoice does it mention anything about no warranty, refund, or exchange. We also purchased a living room set to the tune of $3,000 which we haven't received. You damn well better believe we cancelled that order... Last thing we want to be left with is a defective or broken couch that we can no longer exchange, repair, or refund... Drove 40 minutes to get told no, then got sent to the Burlington store to get told no again. Absolutely terrible experience shopping here. I am now stuck with over $1,500 worth of defective island chairs WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY that I apparently cannot do anything with... Hidden final sales and fraudulent extended warranties... If I could give zero stars I would... Avoid Leon's at all costs! You'll have a better time at The Brick or Tepperman's.
