This by far is the best Service I've had in my viewing experience of Television. It's great to know after working hard day after day I can come home and watch basically whatever I want and Relax. Sports ,Shows, Movies, Cartoons for the Kids. My family loves it. John is always a great guy, if I could Rate them 6 out 5 , I would!!

Worst system I’ve ever had. Continuously buffering or shutting down completely despite higher download speeds. Guide often not available. Always get excuses for poor system. Only good thing is the price but is it worth it?? We will be switching to something else.
