It is a small cozy store in Hamilton which was a life saver for me. I broke a mug from my set and I end up buying not only the missing mug but more of my set from the store. Elizabeth was really good in addressing my order on time.
I live far away in another city but probably their website will be my go to place from now on.

We ordered a custom couch from Elizabeth at Lofty Ambitions. She was extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful every step of the way. Elizabeth was very diligent with communication and answered any questions I had promptly. Our couch was finished ahead of time and it is beautiful. The delivery service used was also incredible; they were quick with communicating, showed up within the promised window and were extremely professional. I highly recommend Lofty Ambitions! I placed an online order for glasses (which happened to be on sale!) over the weekend. On the following Tuesday, Elizabeth emailed to say the store was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but that the order would be fulfilled on Wednesday and, based on my address, I would receive the glasses on Thursday. Well, Elizabeth was right! Excellent service and lovely glasses from Lofty Ambtions!

We are very happy with the service provided by Elizabeth. She patiently helped us look at various samples and helped us narrow down our choice. The new rug fits perfectly with our decor and adds the color we were hoping for.

Our new chairs! We absolutely love them. They are comfortable and stylish. The colour choice (my husband’s) is perfect. We have had lots of compliments on them and couldn’t be happier with them.I have told our 13 yr old grandson if he wipes his hands on them when eating he will be disowned.So far he’s still ours ?
