I have been with M-Line for a few years now and I have to say that reading some of the neg posts are very surprising to me! I think this pharmacy has been the only one that's ever went above and beyond for me. They are all very compassionate and wonderful people who work there. They are always willing to go the extra mile for me. I ran out of my meds and it had been a long weekend coming up! I didn't have enough of my meds to last me and they were nice enough to give me a few so they could get me through the weekend until the Dr was contacted for a repeat!
They are a #1 pharmacy in my books!!

M-line pharmacy is amazing. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. They always go above for my family. They are on the ball for billing and ensuring correct prescriptions. We will forever be m-line customers.

I would not deal with This Pharmacy. The fee was 30.00 and 15.00 of it is the dispensing fee and the other 15.00 they call it a mixing fee?! Why is 15.00 classified as a mixing fee for the cream. This fee should not be an additional 15.00 mixing fee that they explained later which should be included in the total price of the cream. Other pharmacy’s do not charge a mixing fee of the cream. Will not be returning here as a customer

My prescription arrived at the store too late in the day for me to pick up. I was completely out of my medicine. The pharmacy driver did not want to deliver my meds to St. Catherines area. Susie offered to drive 45 minutes after work to deliver my prescription. She went above and beyond great customer service.

I recently attended this pharmacy for the first time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I particularily appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the time devoted to explaining my prescription and a thorough contraindication review. I highly recommend this business.

M-Line is always so friendly and quick when I am filling out a prescription. If I am unable to make it to the store before close a driver delivers it to my house. They provide such a great service!!
