I had a wonderful experience at the store! I purchased several lipsticks and lip liners that perfectly suit my skin tone. As someone who isn’t very familiar with the products, I found it challenging to choose the right shades for my brown skin. However, the sales associate was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, helping me identify the most suitable colors. I truly appreciate her assistance! Thank you so much for your help!

It was unusually busy for a Friday mid-day and the two people in the store were so great at communicating to each client. They made sure to address everyone and we were all understanding of the pressure. Thanks to Stephanie and her co-worker for being so great. I walked away with makeup in my bag and a smile on my face. Great teamwork and awesome clients service today ?❤ ?? ?? ??

Feeling over the moon! I had a last minute event to attend, I rushed to Mac (recommended by my neighbor) I was not expecting such an amazing experience. Kajin walked me through what she’d recommend, omg!! I walked out feeling ABSOLUTELY amazing.. my makeup looked incredible all night and had so many terrific reviews. Thank you so much, she was so sweet.. I’ll definitely be coming by more often.

Thank you so much to the lovely ladies working yesterday april 09 2024. came in around 7 pm and they worked with me for an hour + to match foundation shade. Didn’t rush me and made me super comfortable with my purchases ! I wish i remember the name but it for sure started with a K and she was a pisces queen ?and i think the other girl started with an A but i could be wrong ? Thank you again

I have shopped at this location for yrs and always had a positive CS experience.I just wish Mac would stop messing with all my liquid foundations. The one I used for yrs no longer available, the end one is apparently being revamped for April 1st and now I'm on a 3rd.

Went in today to look into makeup application and the gal Sandra was so helpful. The day I wanted wasn't available so she offered up some ideas. She also gave me all the info for the gala and l also bought a ticket. The bay is my fave department store and Sandra went beyond the call of duty!!!

10 stars!!!! I had my makeup done by Rosa and she was incredible. She listened to what I wanted and the end result was makeup that made me feel like a goddess. The entire energy in the shop was fantastic. The staff was friendly and personable and even played the perfect music to get me hype for my event. I can’t stress enough they were not pushy with sales and made helpful suggestions. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I have visited this store many times and I always had great experiences but this was not it last time. Few weeks ago, before my vacation I went to the store with the picture of lipstick colour I wanted. I showed it to the employee so that’s easy for her to know what I am looking for. It was dark maroon shade. When she saw the picture she said,” oh this colour is for a mature lady, this colour is for someone who has lighter skin”. I immediately felt bad for myself, why would she say that to me at my face. She supposed to help me out, not to say anything like that. I am brown but not very dark colour skin, I don’t know why she judged me by skin colour and said that. I am not sure about her name but one thing I remember is she had a name necklace which says NAV. Mac please teach your employees to show some respect. I wish I had option to give a zero review coz I don’t even want to give 1 star after this happened to me.

I came into MAC today for the first time to browse for new makeup products. A girl named Hafsa helped me out and she was wonderful!! She recommended a lipstick (Velvet Teddy) and face powder (Studio Fix NC33), which I was initially reluctant about because I haven't had the best experiences with accurate shade matches, but Hafsa was amazing. Her recommendations were spot-on and she truly made me feel comfortable, especially as a first-timer in the store :)
