I had a great experience at Mazda of Hamilton thanks to Ashfaq Khan. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me different cars and explained their features and benefits. He also gave me a test drive and answered all my questions. He did not pressure me to buy anything, but respected my decision and time. He was very professional and courteous. I have not bought a car yet, but I will definitely keep Mazda of Hamilton and Ashfaq Khan in mind when I do. He is an excellent salesperson and a wonderful person.Thank you, Ashfaq Khan, for your service and kindness.

I bought a car here last year and did not enjoy my experience. The car is decent but my experience was not. I don't care to speak to management, I'm just stating how I feel a year later.

The entire team at Mazda was incredible, from the moment we booked the test drive to the moment we walked into Mazda ,Abdi really out did himself he was exceptional , this was my first time test driving a vehicle and purchasing one , he really took his time to help me understand the ins and outs of the car and the entire process. Abdi really made my “first car “ experience one I’ll never forget. I would definitely recommend Mazda to my friends and family. Thank you Abdi! & Mazda! I’m a proud new owner of a Mazda!!!

Not to trust these guyss!!!Alert ‼️ They just promise and always fail to deliver what they said…..Worst experience ever …Sales people are not trained enough to update the customer and treat the customer well.Not to ever book your car from them.?????Your sales person misguided us……No transparent communication of anything.Awwwful……..We switched to Honda and having a good customer experience.??????????

Grandpa Tom would like to thank the team at Mazda of Hamilton on my 2022 Mazda CX-5 AWD GS model purchased on Monday, January 22, 2024. My beautiful machine grey CX-5 with ceramic finish was delivered with clean details inside and exterior on Saturday, January 27, 2024 on time by Seth, Chloe, Brian, Jeremy, Alexis, and special mention to the service auto department, and behind the scenes shout out to Jenni of customer relations. Feeling positive vibes on my second act in life with another go around on this 2022 CX-5. I had a 2017 soul red CX-5 that I survived a 300 lb deer accident the week before. My decision was clear, that this 2022 Mazda CX-5 is a very safe and trusted vehicle for all to be safe in driving! Thanks again to the core four Seth Holdaway, Chloe Stather, Brian DeVincentis, and Alexis Wyzkiewicz.

So I had an issue today in the afternoon on my way into Hamilton with my cx5. Pulled into the parking lot to see if it could be fixed quickly. Without hesitation Paul and Brian helped me and fixed the problem, thank you so much for your help and the awesome customer service. Definitely will be back

I was in need for a washer reservoir for my 2015 Mazda3 and Fraz (Parts Manager) responded to my email inquiry with all the information. Even when I went to pick up the parts, he was very helpful. I ended up using all but one part and was able to return it. Overall, I loved how transparent the process is and that it was a smooth experience. Thank you Mazda of Hamilton, especially Fraz!!

I recently went there to check out a car. I was disappointed with two things. First, Mazda is pushing out subscription services on customers. For an instance, after a limited period of time after buying the car, you actually have to pay monthly to have access to remote starting the car, so on and so forth. Mazda has no business doing that.As for this dealer. Their prices on each car are about $8000 more than the MSRP for the car as per Mazda.caI learned from the sales staff that this location will only sell cars after they install ceramic coating, and other things which you may not have wanted. And you have no choice in the matter. I also asked if I can order a car and wait for it so I do not have to install any of these products, the sales staff said I could but that I would be the last in line, essentially they will try to sell the car to someone else first, which means I likely won't receive it. This is an absurd amount of greed. Shame on the owners here.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. After waiting 6 months for my car delivery, I found out they quietly cancelled it without bothering to inform me to even get my deposit back from the beginning of July. The sheer incompetence is actually mind-boggling.In the first week of November, the sales associate (Paul Piasecki) informed Mazda sent the incorrect colour. I said (and have the text messages to prove) that I would take that car + accessories. I wasn't provided an answer to this message.Mid-November I was told that since it would take even longer, I was allowed to get my deposit back. I responded with "if the short period of time is a week, [...] then I'll keep my deposit. But if it's an extra month or two then I'll MOST LIKELY come by and get the refund." I wasn't provided with any replies from here on out.From November 15th to December 17th, I had no replies to texts or voicemails. I had to call the manager (Jeremy Stadler) on December 18th and ask what was happening, only to find out there was no order under my name as it had been cancelled. The only thing he did was give me by $500 and apologize.I called Mazda Canada and they stand on the fact that the dealership isn't directly part of Mazda Canada and that they don't deal in the day-to-day operations.Save yourself the agony—steer clear of this joke of a dealership. Angry doesn't begin to cover it!
