They cannot frame pictures, DO NOT use them for framing, not only are they expensive to frame, but they have incompetent people putting the frames and mats together. They are currently working on my frame correcting it for the third time. What a waste of my time and money. They don’t even frame large prints in house, they ship them out to third party.

In comparison to other Michael's locations such as the one off of Stone Church on the escarpment or the location in Ancaster Medeowlands there is less available in stock. The other locations in Hamilton have more product selection. Many products here are also behind the counter or locked up due to high theft occuring at this store.

Horrible customer service, this is one of the few stores that close at 8:00 pm which I showed up to pick up a pre paid order. The clerk was vacuuming and asked if it ciuld be be just passed to me and her and the manager refused so I now I need to cancel this item that was dor my daughter's wedding, as I am unable to get before the pick up date as it takes over 25 minutes to get there, not customer friendly at all. On the confirmation it does not show the hours and when you click the link for the hours it doea not bring you display the information.

I was at the Barton Centre location around 8pm on Monday November 3. I approached the check out area with my items to purchase. There were 3 associates having a conversation. I asked if one of them could cash out my items. I was asked if I was paying by card or cash, I replied by debit. I was directed to the self serve terminals. One of the associates walked away, the other 2 continued with their conversation, I left without buying any items.
As a human, whenever & however possible, I will always opt for people over technology. However it was pretty evident that between the 3 associates working in the area at that time, despite being asked for assistance, none of them had any interest in supporting a customer.

My niece recently had her 7th birthday party here. It was fabulous and the kids absolutely loved the crafts. The staff were very friendly and wonderful with the kids!
