They have an appointment scheduler online. I scheduled a tire change from 12-2pm and it was accepted & confirmed by the branch the next day via email. Great. The next day I called and asked to potentially change it from 10am-12pm time slot and guy answering the phone says he can’t accommodate. “Just drop it off and I’ll do it sometime throughout the day.” I say no that’s fine just keep the 12-2pm appt already confirmed as I need my car in the late aft/by 2pm. He says “we can’t guarantee we’ll have it done by then”. So why are you confirming that appt time slot via email if it’s not actually going to be fulfilled?! I’m assuming they’d have just waited til I showed up to a scheduled time slot then just told me?! Won’t be coming here for a service. Not reliable and so unprofessional for a service oriented business.

When you need mechanical work the first thing you want is someone who you can trust. The second thing you want is for the repairs to be done properly. Chris and his team check both of these boxes and that's why I give them a 5 star rating

Chris has been more than helpful with my exhaust issues etc.. I purchased a lemon and it has been one thing after another. Chris rushed me in for another issue during a very busy season. I highly recommend this Midas location.

Chris and the York Blvd Midas team are amazing. Took me last minute for a brake inspection despite getting turned away everywhere else, and gave me an honest charge and service. Even took a second look and found that something was rubbing, and didn't overcharge or try to feel me on something I didn’t need. Intend to come back for sure!

Exceptional professional and personable service! From beginning to end my experience, in purchasing snow tires, was top notch! Chris has always been fair, reasonable and a great person to deal with. I have been going to Midas at York and Locke for about 20 years. He's never tried to upsell me and gives me a heads up for when I need to address an issue far in advance of when I will need to do so. A stand up guy all round!
