Let me start off by saying that my mom spends most of her time at home due to her health. She has poor vision and bad mobility. Because of this, she hasn't been able to find a decent pair of shoes for many years. Brought her here and Sophie was not only helpful but very patient with us in presenting my mom with options that would work for her. A little pricey, but when you need something that works, you do what you gotta do. She's happy, both pairs she purchased fit well and are comfortable, so what else can we ask. Thank you, Sophie. We appreciate your help, and we highly recommend both locations. ??

I bought a pair of Valdini boots at Miller’s, and was told they were all leather. I believed it because they were fairly expensive. I’ve probably only worn them at most 20 times since I bought them but the back panel has started falling apart because that part is not leather at all.

pricey but they carry different options, stuff u won't find elsewhere in Hamilton.my foot doctor sent me here to help determine my foot size, and they were very helpful.

I've been coming here for years now and I'm always happy with my shoes and my shoe-related accessories. This place is a well-oiled machine with lots of Hamilton history. Do they have the friendliest of staff who know what they're talking about? Hell yes. I recommend Miller Shoes to everyone I know, especially for big and little feet. Go in and ask for the Big D Miller special.

A tad disappointed, I’ve always heard good things, however my daughter and her friend went in there to buy shoes (they are older teens) my daughter was sold shoes that are tooo small as soon as I seen her feet I said wooo your arch is going to kill, and these are $$$ her answer the girl told her these where her size. She has the same brand in a sandals she wore there and is a size larger!! I will be coming with her for the return, needless to say. Don’t take advantage of kids they do work for their money. At least some do.

Extremely friendly customer service and a wide selection of products. The store is quiet and relaxing to shop in and the helpful employees made it a wonderful shopping experience. We left with two lovely pairs of shoes and will definitely come back next time we need a pair. This is the only shoe store in the area worth going to.
