They were supposed to order parts for me. Unfortunately they lost my ticket (with all the private info) and didn't do the repair. After they looked at my phone, it was working even worse than before. Do not recommend going here. Avoid if you can!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. August 28th 2023 went to have my iphone battery replaced. The guy said it would take 30 minutes. When we went to pick up the phone, he said that he did not have the right battery and would have to order it. Said it would come in on Tuesday. Said we needed to pay a deposit. Paid $30.00. Didn't receive a call on Tuesday. Wednesday we were in the area so we stopped to see if it was ready. Another person said the battery had not been delivered yet, coming in later that day. Friday we still had not heard from them, so I called and was told he forgot to order it.

Worst shop ever! Stay away from this place! They overprice all their items and don’t show original covers or product package. Went to buy a cover for my new iPhone and they gave me an used cover filled with scratches. They even refuse to show the box from which they took out the cover and randomly assign you a price. Biggest scammers in Hamilton!

I wish I could give zero stars. Went here for a screen fix, left my phone for 30 minutes. Upon paying and getting my phone back it no longer worked. I went upstairs to Apple store and it's irreparable due to damage done during the screen fix.My advice is to avoid this place at all cost. I've now read the other reviews about similar experiences and can tell you it is not worth the chance!!

Replaced a screen on an iPhone here. Stopped working after 6 weeks, and they won’t replace/repair it without charging more. Do NOT go here! Scam artists!Also, they have a Future Tech sign, but it is Mobilinq. Super sketchy.

They fixed my s20 plus and did a great job. Sam is very skilled and detailed and stands behind his workmanship. He was attentive to all of my concerns and provided excellent service.

I spent $40 on phone case from them last night and it broke this morning. I went and they replaced it, however they said they don't normally replace physical damage. Since they don't normally replace damage and don't offer a refund I would not recommend buying phones cases from them.

They did a poor job putting my screen protector, it started peeling off the sides and little bubbles showed up in the middle of the screen. When I went back, they wouldn't admit they did a bad job, and basically said it was my fault... They offered me a discount on the next one, but I'd rather spend again somewhere else.

They charged me $65 for a used battery that was held in place by green painters tape!! Sorry what?! Do not go here. Pay the extra $20 and take it to a place that does not cut corners.

Bought a screen protector for my phone. 3 hours later it popped out. The glue on the protector is poor quality. Would not go back. Went on ebay and noticed half of their stalk is from china costing $1-6 yet they charge $20 plus. Do yourself a favor and buy on amazon or ebay before visiting this store and waisting your money.
