“? So, I thought I could move my whole apartment with two friends and a borrowed van. Spoiler alert: BAD idea. Called Get Movers mid-meltdown and they saved the day! Mo and Josh showed up within 24 hours and turned my chaos into calm. From Westdale to Locke Street in 3 hours flat. Absolute heroes. 10/10 would recommend — and never DIY again.”
“I'm going to edit this review to say that, while the below did happen as outlined, the owner responded very quickly. My parents items did arrive undamaged (yay!), they did get a fee reduction because of all that had happened (thank you), and a second crew was sent over (free of charge) to the retirement community to expedite the unloading of the truck before elevator privileges timed out. So, there was still a lot of stress involved, but the end experience was a net positive.
My parents were already stressed with moving to a retirement residence. At the appointed time for the move, the movers still hadn't shown up. 10 or so minutes after the appointed time, I called the office to see if perhaps we'd gotten the date wrong. After some fumbling around on the other end, I was finally told that no, we hadn't gotten the date wrong, but that "the guys" had gotten caught up because of a difficult move elsewhere. I was assured they would call when they were on their way. They didn't call. An hour and a half after the appointed time, they finally arrived. As I type this, they are working quickly and efficiently, but I have no real hope that they will meet the time requirement for the elevator on the other end of the move. I'm seriously not impressed, which is disappointing since every other review I've read is a good one. For this job, customer service was sorely lacking. I've yet to find out if a discount will be applied for delay in service and poor communication. We're also not entirely sure if things will arrive undamaged, that's how uninspired I am by this whole experience.”
“Great customer service, prompt pick up & delivery, fantastic drivers! We rented a box first then ended up purchasing one (that they also moved for us). Driver, John, always called when ~30min away, very friendly & was able to do our long distance move. 100% recommend this company for moving or storage needs!”

“This is my Third time. The reason I always use them is because of the exceptional service that they provide. Mark came down and set everything up thankful that they’re able to help us again. Cam took care of the organization in the truck while the other two guys didn’t stop and I’m so sorry I have forgotten their names. They went above and beyond I had this large TV that’s moved with me the three times that I had forgotten to put back on the truck. They came back picked it up and took care of it the next day thank you again Mark always a pleasure.”
“Excellent customer service on all levels, from initial phone staff and all drivers. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and the move went without a problem. It was great having the box for a few days before and after the move, made the move a lot less stressful. Very reasonable pricing and would highly recommend and use again”
