This place feels like a scam. $579 for oil and transmission fluid change, not to mention it took an hour and 20 minutes which made me late to work. Would not recommend to anyone on a time crunch.

After oil change wife parked car driveway. I came home from work. Puddle of oil under car. Took pictures of oil filter dripping remaining oil. I called them they wanted me to drive the car with NO OIL !!! They were so rude to me on phone telling me I'm wasting my time with the conversation. They told my wife also needed engine flush and coolant flush. 2019 Kia soul with 55K and always had routine maintenance

While I have been going to this location for the last 10 years. Last week was the last time, every time I go now it seems like what can they upcharge me for and what else they can do, while I appreciated the fact that they are thorough they are only looking at where they can try to charge you on something else, lubing my doors and checking the tire pressure, and topping up fluids was why I went their, and now they don’t do it anymore now it’s a unqualified guy lying to you about the condition of your vehicle and what needs to be done, and do not follow recommended specs for your vehicle
Example Belts and Transmission fluid
Also like how they go through all your previous invoices to see what else they can charge you for that you might not notice
What I really wanted was a Oil change and under spray done, and after all the BS I decided not to get the spray done
Also took my wife’s vehicle to take 5 at King and centennial, the lady who worked on it was fantastic found my new spot to go

I love Mr Lube Centennial Parkway! These boys are friendly, attentive and explain everything in detail. This is not just a shop for oil changes. Multi services and always done with care. Deep and his team are top notch. You won’t be disappointed !

Below 0 stars. Came in on the weekend for a simple oil change. While the oil was being changed, one of the workers came up and said the spark plugs needed to be changed. So we agreed. Right after we said okay for them to do the spark plugs, the workers all started laughing and talking in their own language while looking at us and back at the car. Somehow an oil change and spark plugs came out to $670. How? I’m not sure. They wouldn’t really give us any answers on why it was so expensive. Mind you, I have a 2016 Lincoln and the park plugs are very easy to reach, they’re on the top area of the engine, easy job.
Not a day after we came to this hellish hole of a mechanic shop, the car started jolting and making noises and eventually lost power all together. Ended up taking it to another mechanic that had come highly recommended. And found out that there was a wire that was completely unplugged from the respective area it was supposed to be on. The spark plugs were covered in dirt and sut, they were completely disgusting. Amongst other things.
We had asked our new mechanic how much the spark plugs and oil change would’ve been at their place and they said with labour it would’ve been $400 with tax. This being a much more expensive mechanic shop too.
MR LUBE will scam you. They’re dishonest and make sure to do an awful job. The people at this location should be fired. Looking at other reviews, this is clearly not the first time. I wonder why the manager of this location has not done anything about their employees.
I have a lot more to say but it’s honestly not worth the breath .
Completely disgusted by this location. I will never be going to a Mr lube again. And I’ll make sure to let others know not to go to any Mr Lube. Your employees only care about the money and make sure to charge ridiculous amounts without any explanation and then pretend to have a hard time understanding what we ask.
Anyways. Never again.

Don’t come here unless you are looking to get completely ripped off. Ended up having to bring my vehicle to another shop to fix what should’ve been a simple in and out oil change when they ended up doing my spark plugs and caused my vehicle to run worse than it did before I came in, not to mention paying ridiculous price to have to get it rectified elsewhere. Will definitely not be allowing anyone at any of these lube places touch any of my vehicles ever again.

THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!
Came for a quick oil change because I was in a rush and they held me up for 20 minutes trying to convince me to buy a $400 transmission oil change.
The liar technician showed me a fake cup of dirty oil claiming it was from my car’s transmission. I declined and took my car to my mechanic, who confirmed nothing was wrong and he was trying to scam me.
Dishonest thieves like this do not deserve your money, support honest people and take your business elsewhere.

They charged me $300 for an oil change. Because they said I needed to flush because I had a brand new engine. I said ok because I understand as a ex mechanic that process. Didn't expect a $300 oil change.. don't go here..dealer definitely a better option
