It was necessary to check the chassis, but after an hour of diagnostics, the master said no, it was not a silent block, and asked me for details of where and what it could be, it was better not to go there.

My recent visit to Mr. Lube on Main Street in Hamilton was an absolute nightmare. I went in for a simple tire change for my Tesla and ended up with a bill of $117, only to be told that my all-season tires were not suitable for driving. What a rip-off!Not only did they fail to properly inspect my tires before taking off my winter ones, but they also didn't even bother to put them back on correctly. It's outrageous that they charged me just to inform me that my tires weren't up to par. They could have at least had the decency to check them before removing my winter set. They didn't even bother to reverse my car into the parking lot after the service was done. The lack of attention to detail and customer care is appalling.I would strongly advise against anyone using Mr. Lube on Main Street in Hamilton for their car service needs. They are incompetent, overpriced, and provide abysmal customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

Took my son's car to get his tires allienged because he is a new driver and was complaining his car pulls to one side on hwy around 100km. Anyhow they did charge the 125 and they alliend. That time their regular mechanic was on vacation and this guy who looked at the car was just replacing him. I asked about my sons winter tires and he said its okay for this year but next year change it.My son goes to school and told me its even worse. Its all over the place. I took the car back and the regular mechanic was back. Again 125 charge. He said its the shocks on the car. One shock is older and they have no idea what brand it is and the other one newer. They must change both, they can't just change one and that was costing like 2300.Another time my other son windshield whiper fluied wasn't pumping on. I took it over there to see if it was plugged. They charged me 125 to get it looked at. I said that's not gonna take one hour to find the problem, the guy, CHARLIE, said we will refund you the half. Took me 10 min yo walk home and Charlie said it was a water pump. I said OK pls fix it. My son went to pick up the car and when he got home,I looked at the invoice and still was charged 125 for finding the problem. Called Charlie, he is a fraud in my opinion, said oh yeah it too so long blah blah. He passed the phone to his mechanic and he said he had to use his meter to see if the motor was working and take the tire off. He is fast and professional, other mechanics would take hours to find the problem. Paid about 450 for that. Anyhow after my complaint, Charlie said he is gonna put that 70 dollars on my sons account only on mechanical fix. I said why? Its a credit, you charged me too much, he can use on whatever. Anyhow again my sons car ended up being back there for some sencer issue. Costed 1800 dollars and when I saw the invoice my 70 dollars was NOT taken off the invoice. I called the place and Charlie talked to his mechanic and he said if it was a 5 hours job, they just charged me 4.5 hours???? Does that even make sense to you people. I like to see my credit on my invoice, I wanna see how long you guys worked on my car and took the credit off. I told Charlie you need to write that and email it to me so it is on the record. Im still waiting for his email.Yesterday I was in burlington and changed my oil at midas. They asked me who changed my oil before, I said Mr lube on main st. They said the lock was hand tight and just 500 came out. If I would have waited longer I would have no working engin.I will edit this post and I will add pics of the bills for you guys to see.

These guys are absolutely rip offs. How the hell can you guys rip off people by saying it costs $500 to replace ONE TIRE? Stop telling people they need to “legally replace lug nuts”. You guys can go get bent for taking advantage of ignorant people. Utterly pathetic.

I was charged $140.00 for lug nuts. Canadian tire and online stores are around $35.00. My personal experience and while waiting, all these guys did was try and upsell everyone on things they didn't need. Go anywhere else.

Had an issue where my lock nut disappeared after a tire re-torque. The manager of the store was condescending and didn't end up helping me in the end. I'll just stick to my regular mechanic from now on.

They are not honest with the customers. They are not punctual. Dealing with them is not good. I do not recommend this place at all.

Not so sure about these guys anymore. I think the management has changed. Went in for an undercoating and they suggested I needed new brakes on every tire. I took it to my usual mechanic who is very honest and said the brakes didn’t need to be done yet, and the back ones actually had more than 50% left in them. Waste of my time. As a young female person I don’t appreciate getting the wool pulled over my eyes, and won’t be returning.

Do not visit this mr lube. You can't drive into the bays. They lift your car, you wait in the waiting area. This place is not a drive through service.C-H-A-R-L-I-E lied to Me....

I recently visited Mr. Lube for an alignment on my Lexus LS 500 due to some steering wheel vibrations and had a complete turnaround experience thanks to a mechanic named Sam.On my first visit, the team was unable to align the casters, leaving me with questions. However, Sam's expertise on my second visit was a game-changer. He not only provided a thorough explanation of the issue but also performed an exceptional job diagnosing and resolving the actual issue, poor wheel balancing on my new tires. Now, my car drives flawlessly. Sam's patience, understanding demeanour, and professionalism stood out. Overall happy customer!
