If i could give 0 stars I would. I called to inquire about prices and sizes available and the guy that answered the phone was rude, ignorant and just brushed my questions off. I think you need to get rid of this guy considering this is not the first complaint or bad review about him in the reviews below

I called to inquire about prices and the man who answered my call was very rude. He brushed off my question and said to call back in September. His tone was unpleasant for customer service. Definitely won't be bothered to call again since customer service couldn't be bothered to answer a simple question.

We had a storage unit here for over a year. Friendly staff, excellent security and great storage units. I would highly recommend using them if you need storage. Competitively priced as well!

It was a bittersweet feeling leaving this place, I was storing my items at this location until I bought a house. The people there are very friendly, resourceful, and very helpful. The rates are reasonable and would definitely come back to this location if I needed to store my items again. 5 out of 5 without a doubt.
