“Earlier this summer I took advantage of a special online sale to purchase a new 10' diameter patio table umbrella. At the time of order I was notified within a 2 week window that the product had arrived and was ready for pick up at their Burlington location. Once I collected the new umbrella and noticed the wide selection of both outdoor and indoor furniture, shade solutions and accessory items available. Unfortunately, when the new umbrella was in place I noticed a stitch had come apart and I notified the store and they suggested I return it for an exchange. It was quicker to have the umbrella repaired than to wait for a new umbrella but unfortunately this time when the canvas had been replaced the ribs of the umbrella were improperly positioned preventing any attempt to open the umbrella. Again I returned the defective umbrella to their Burlington store and this time Irina, the cheery and helpful manager secured a new umbrella in its place. There was never any hesitation to correct the problems and despite these two glitches it was an otherwise stellar customer experience, and I would not hesitate to order from DOT again! Convenient parking available on site.”
