It's always great to find businesses who genuinely treat customers even when they don't do business with them. I visited Otto's to find out if they have a specific model which they unfortunately didn't have at that moment but the way Shane communicated with me gave that genuine feeling which I haven't felt from other car dealers lately!

I purchased my 2008 BMW 328xi touring from Shane in December - He was no pressure and fantastic customer service. When we had a minor issue with the car in January when I reached out to Shane for a recommendation he helped us make sure we were still rolling on the road! I would purchase my next vehicle here in a heartbeat.

Great selection of vehicles, and incredible knowledge of BMW models.
Kindly offered an extended test-drive, with a diverse route to get a feel for all driving types. I did not end up purchasing, as I was seeking a different model, but really enjoyed working with Shane and Joe.

Love these folks! Have been purchasing with them for over 15 years now. Great to deal with, honest as the day is long, and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Always helpful down to road too! I would not purchase a previously loved car from any other dealer in the city. Bar none! There is a reason they have been servicing the Hamilton area for over 30+ years.

My all time favorite used car dealer in Hamilton. Haven't bought a vehicle in a couple years but have bought 2 vehicles in the past. Great prices..always a fair negotiation and they are always great to new and old customers when they come to the dealership. Just a great place to buy a car or suv. I recommend 100 percent

I have bought over 10 cars from Otto. He carries good vehicles at a fair price. I think I was in my 40s when I met him, I am now 67 and just bought my wife an Audi from him.
