Went in to purchase a few things. I was greeted by an employee after waiting outside for a few minutes. She informed me there wasn't any in store catalogues and I could just look on my phone using a QR code. I did so and continued browsing in person.
She had told me someone would be with me soon to help me. I was there for awhile and saw as they let in more people and promptly assisted them before me, who was already waiting in the store for help. Even the first woman who let me in asked me if I was still waiting, to which I confirmed I was and then she preceded to help customers that were just let in.
I had found what I wanted on the online catalogue but after being ignored I left the store without any purchases.
Definitely room for improvement in the customer service area.

Astrid is simply wonderful, she went out of her way to make sure we were 100% happy with a complicated purchase and we will always be grateful. Thank you for everything you helped us with, we wouldn't hesitate to come back and purchase another diamond.

Just went there to get Xmas gifts đ, the girls who name Rachel being racism cuz we are Asian , she does not want to help us and give us really bad look. we ask to get the size and she walk away .try to kick we out of the store. We ask her to get the bracelet and she doesnât.she try to take the ring in the store to put on her finger and show to her coworker . Never Want to go back anymore

If I could rate this a 0 I would limeridge location is by far the worst Pandora store I've been to and I hope that the owner is reading this so they know who is managing their store, so me and my daughters went in because my one daughter was looking for a nice ring and at first the girl helping us was nice and she brought out more trays to look at more options when the other worker came to whisper in her ear telling her not to bring the trays out so I ask her why and she didn't even know why she just said because my manager told me not to now that would have been fine until I seen them pulling out trays for other customers so I don't know if she's just racist or she thinks I don't have money and will run off with the trays lol so I told the girl who was helping us like this is not right and she even said yeah I know so I end up telling the kids let's go and that I will be writing a bad review because this really isn't right and the manager really disgust me to the core !!!!!

Rude once again in Pandora Limeridge mall. Worker or manager gave me attitude.
They don't give enough information about Pandora credits that have to be used in the store was originally purchased.
Very inconvenient rule. Should be used in every Pandora store. Since I moved from my city.

Horrible service. Came to purchase necklace and earrings set, associates were useless, entitled, and location needs better management. It seems that their attitude reflects who taught them. Will not be coming back ever! This is a sign to invest in real jewellery instead of costume jewellery. đđ

Sales Associate Fatima is absolutely rude. She gave attitude was a horrible sales rep didnât make me want to buy at all. Girl need a ATTITUDE CHECK. Also caught her staring at coworkers in a nasty way. Fix this sales associate.

Horrible customer service I have ever received in Pandora store. I visited this store twice and no one came to ask if we need anything. They didnât even bother when we walked in will never visit again and never recommend anyone to visit this store. The girls who work there if you donât know what customer service is go and get another job this job is not meant for you.

It was honestly horribe service second time. I only visited this store twice and both times I got the worst service. These girls donât treat their customers coming in store and they donât even look that somebody is in the store and may need help. This is one of luxary store but the customer service by these three girls is making this store rubbish. I wi never go to this store ever again doesnât matter if i have to travel 100+ km to find their store but this one, never. Either you teach some manner and give them training, how to treat customers and behave with them because this is very good country and common sense is must that these girls donât have or terminate them and hire better staff

i brought in two bracelets to get cleaned. first, the sales associate was busy doing something but took a while to even acknowledge us when we walked into the store while we were the only ones there. she finally did then we asked about cleaning and she took them and said it takes about 30 minutes then when we were leaving she said to come back in an hour. we came back in an hour and asked for our bracelets and a different associate said theyâre not done yet because thereâs only two of them. as i was trying to figure out; out loud if we should go to ikea then come back she insisted we should just go and pick them up tomorrow! so we did. the next day, it was 8pm so its been more than 24 hours we go to pick them up and the associate said theyâre just finishing up on cleaning them so come back in 5 mins???? we graciously leave, shop a bit and come back 15 mins later giving them extra time and the associate then tells us it was so hard to clean this one charm of my mother in lawâs but it didnât even look touched at all like it was the first time it was being cleaned, so ridiculous. also, when i got home i noticed two of my charms donât look clean at all like they were not touched. if they have a service they should provide it properly otherwise say they cannot do it. obviously, because the service is free they canât be bothered to do a good job. i cleaned it better at home myself which i shouldâve just continued to do!

The customer service here was honestly shocking. You would expect a jewelry store worker to go out of their way to ask a customer if they need help, especially if they were one of the only customer in the store. I came in looking for a ring and the worker, her name was Brianna, was just standing at the cash staring at me. Not until I went out of my way to come to her did she come and help me. Even then when she asked me if I knew what ring I had in mind I said I was looking for a gold ring but that I didnât know my size and wanted to try some on. She seemed pretty annoyed. As I was looking through the options not once did she offer her opinion of what I should get as I expressed that I was undecided. She just stood there watching me and it was pretty awkward as I was trying on different rings. The whole experience just made me want to not even purchase the ring. I ended up getting it because I needed to however I will never come back here ever again not until these employees fix up their attitude towards paying customers.

I went with my daughter and I was wanting to see some charms and Soraia wasnât eager to show us . I was a little bit tick I felt like I do not have money to pay and that I was just a nuisance pretending to look around. I wasnât gonna give my business to her as I donât know if they go for commission but I donât want her to think that she was right I was just window shopping! And she chuckled when I said to her I will buy I have money to pay! And if look could kill the other staff Sourh Asian could have killed me as Soraia said something to her while her so then the south Asian look at me like I said that moment I was dead how she look.
I will definitely not entering this store if sheâs the salesperson! She behave like sheâs the owner of the store! I just canât even take to give 1 star itâs zero star for her customer service.
Raquel was very patient showing me. charms . She showed respect , kindness great customer service without being sarcastic in her actions. she didnât treat me I have no money to pay . Raquel help us when I first bought like 2 days apart?

Always a great experience at this Pandora. Shopping was straight forward, we were greeted but not pressured, which is nice. When we were ready, we got what we needed and paid. Nice workers here, all pleasant and helpful!
