My neighbour & I both attended Parks recently & purchased a sofa & recliner chair,, the salesperson, Jade was most attentive, knowledgeable about the product, quality & info on the manufacturer - We were very impressed. I have ordered furniture in the past from Parks.. their prices & selection are the very best. I would never go anywhere else.

Purchased 2 Isella leather sofas for a good price! Isella is a customizable leather manufacturer. Glad that Parks has customizable leather furniture at affordable prices!

We had ordered a side table from Parks Furniture at the end of 2023. The initial process was great and we elected to pick up the side table from Hamilton instead of paying the delivery charge as it was going to be $200+ as we live 2 hours away.We brought the items home and the side table top was completely damaged and all marked up. After several weeks of going back and forth a new table was ordered but we were told we would have to pick it up or pay $200 to have it shipped. We requested to have a quote for a separate courier to have it delivered and after a month still haven’t heard anything. Think it’s totally unacceptable that parts are coming damaged and the customer is responsible to drive 2+ hours to return the items. After talking to Manager Erik he mentioned that it’s not uncommon for 2/10 products to come damaged - to me that is very bad odds that 20% of items are being returned as damaged.Update: the fact no one has reached out to us to rectify the issue and it’s been well over a month combined with my chat with Erik that 20% of goods are coming back damaged is not encouraging

Prior to purchasing I had read many poor reviews on Parks Furniture. I can honestly say we have had fantastic service. From the moment we walked in the showroom (which is not like a typical showroom) we noticed there was no high pressure sales people. They introduced themselves and let you browse….answered any questions we had and were very helpful!We can’t say enough about the delivery guys….AWESOME! They were so friendly and courteous…not sure how they were able to maneuver the huge couch we had bought downstairs but they did it! Thank you!We will definitely be buying at Parks again!

The sofa we ordered was great! Not very satisfied with the customer service. After paying the full invoice via e-trasnfer, I immediatly got a call from Parks saying that I owed more money. I was told I owed a membership fee of around 180 dollars, even though on my invoice it states zero dollars under the membership fee. The gentlemen on the phone was not very professional or kind and kept insisting that I owed more money. I explained that I paid in full and that it might have been a mix up on their part when entering the sofa into the system. After that phone call I didn't hear about the issue again. I got a call two days later saying that the sofa was ready for pickup. The woman who made this phone call was very sweet over the phone.I scheduled a pickup for the following Tuesday. I was told to pick up the sofa anytime between 11-5p. When we showed up to pickup the sofa at noon on Tuesday they couldn't find our appointment for pickup. They told us that they had our appointment for pickup on Thursday, not Tuesday. Luckily they were able to locate the sofa for us on the Tuesday and we were able to bring it home.Again, the actual sofa is great. It's durable and soft and fits perfectly in our livingroom. Overall the customer service wasn't horrible but it could definitly be improved.And the fact that this review was addressed on Google almost two years later makes me give Parks an even lower score. Not to mention that their reply had nothing to do with the actual issue.

Great selection! Amber was very helpful and knows her stuff! We love the sofas we purchased 5 years ago for our family room, now looking for living room seating. Will be back once we are ready.

The sales representatives at Parks are absolutely fantastic. Teagan was extremely helpful and took the time to assist me with finding the perfect couch that suited my needs and also fit the aesthetic of my home. It was very easy to communicate with everyone at Parks when it came to delivery and they were so prompt. The 2 people who came to deliver the furniture were so professional and considerate. I would recommend Parks. Everything was done perfectly. The set expectations for the furniture I ordered were made clear from the start and I was happy to receive the furniture on time. Thank you so much! Also to add, the prices are great and Teagan was also so great at finding pieces that fit our budget. 10/10 for service, communication, delivery and price range.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a couch and placed a deposit. We were assured multiple times that the price was correct and signed off on the order. 1 week later we receive a call and are told the couch we ordered was not the same price and our options were pay the upgrade cost or receive a refund. After speaking with a supervisor named Eric, who was extremely unprofessional and rude, we were told it is not their problem that they sold us a couch at the wrong price.... I would never recommend to deal with this place. Take your money elsewhere.Update: After receiving our refund, we went to another furniture store and bought the exact same custom order couch at a better price. Be sure to shop around to make sure your hard earned money goes to a company that actually cares about their customers.

I ordered two Decor Rest couches and opted to wait the 6-8 weeks for a firmer cushion. The process of ordering was seamless. I received a call exactly 8 weeks later and had the couches delivered within the week. I was provided a 5 hour window for delivery and was called ahead of time to advise they were 10 minutes away. Getting it through the front door was a bit of a struggle but the delivery men were very patient and helpful in solving the problem. They removed all of the packaging and took it away with them and prior to leaving, assisted in returning the door and screen back in place. Great experience from beginning to end. Love my new couches. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Parks!

I purchased a bed from Parks Furniture. Regrettably, it began deteriorating far quicker than anticipated (2 months to be exact). When reaching out to their customer care at Parks for support, I was met with a lack of transparency. Not only was I never informed whom I was addressing, but there also seemed to be no genuine effort made to resolve the issue at hand.To add to the disappointment, I was later informed that, despite being within the warranty period, they couldn't assist due to alleged "misuse" of the product. This was particularly surprising as we were never advised against using the bed, nor were we alerted that its continued use might void the warranty.The entire experience has left me disheartened. I had hoped for a more straightforward and supportive post-purchase service. If warranty assurance and professional customer care are essential for you, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.Edit: the response to this review is the service you will receive. Reviews on google and Facebook speak for themselves. Highly disappointed in the situation.

Placed an order and paid for delivery. Half the order was in-stock, the other half was ordered in. After waiting a month longer than I was told, and having to chase them for updates, I was told I had to pay a second delivery charge. I protested and they said half a delivery charge. They said they tell everyone about this - but they didn't tell me. The answer I got was "Well, that happens sometimes." Not a great experience based on 3 purchases with them this year.Follow up: The day after I posted I received a call saying if I didn't remove the negative review, my membership would be cancelled (you pay a one-time fee to get discounts). Can you believe that??? It wasn't a nasty review - it was an honest review about poor customer service. The guy clearly stated that it was their policy - make a negative review and you lose your membership with no refund. Whatever their review score is - it's a lie - don't believe it. They threaten all the bad reviews so they are taken down.

Just want to give a shout out to the 3 guys who somehow managed to fit a chair and a half in my newly renovated reading room this week! I knew there was a chance the chair would not fit due to the layout of my home. But these awesome guys were not giving up, and managed after much maneuvering to get the chair in, and were so friendly all the while they were sweating it out! I am sorry I do not recall their names, but they will know who they are. Thanks guys, you made me so happy, the chair and rug both look great!

Great job on the delivery guys. Helped me get the big sofa through the door. Was not easy. From the day of purchasing to the day of delivery everything was more than satisfactory. Recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else who's looking for a good deal on furniture
