I have driven there to get a coffee and use the restroom. Tim Hortons and gas station are wide open, but the restrooms are out of order. It looks like they have had an order sign for quite a while.
I wonder how such people get the license to operate without properly operating amenities. I guess there's no check on balance.

I've been a loyal customer of this gas station since 2015, always enjoying the convenience and the Tim Hortons attached. However, my recent experience tonight was not pleasant . I was waiting here outside when my teenage son and his friends walked up after eating at burger king on a date with some girlies , he knew I had his medication after picking up his antibiotics from Shoppers. They were simply talking to me and half the kids were sitting down, by the patio attached to the Tim Horton , not causing any disturbance—literally just hanging out with me, their mother.
To my surprise, the gas station attendant seemed to be watching us closely. Kept coming outside to look at us , My friend overheard him inside, saying that if the kids didn’t leave, he would call the cops because he has cameras. Really? You’re going to call the cops on teenagers sitting quietly with their parent, not loitering or causing any trouble? Maybe jumping around a little bit but they are 13,14,15 year old Kids!!!! KIDS,,
When I went inside to ask to use the bathroom, this is half hour after my kid left with his friends after they only stayed for 15 minutes ,. I came back in and when asked to use the bathroom , I was told it was suddenly out of service—despite seeing two others use it just before me the whole hour and half I was there . The level of rudeness and judgment I encountered was shocking. I’m sorry that our city of Hamilton doesn’t have more evening activities for young people, but that’s no excuse to treat them, or their parents, like criminals for simply being present.
This gas station used to be a reliable spot for me, but this experience was a whole different level of rude and unnecessary judgment. It's disappointing, and I hope the management takes this as an opportunity to reflect on how they treat their customers.
You gotta understand that there is a deadly world out there where kids are killing kids .
OK so if a child shows up at your gas station and really isn’t causing any problems or any issues, you should feel blessed to have them trust your spot as a safe place,…
Especially if they’re staying outside and not loitering inside .

Had to wait about 15 minutes in order to get a receipt after the pump didn't print one even though I requested one. It was either at the beginning or end of his shift, so he had to call someone to find out how to do this. This wouldn't have been a problem if the printer on the pump had been working.

Extremely rude staff. Rude beyond the acceptable level. I wanted to tell the owner that we didn't go there to ask for anything for free. Everything we need to pay and I talk very politely with your staff. Before I could even speak, I noticed the employee's uncomfortable eyes.

If i could have given stars in negative i would have gave that as well i went there to pick up lottery ticket first of all i greated the guy named ishaan in very friendly way in which he didn't responded well upon this on asking me for id i just asked him for sure because this is my ho to store all the time and even after showing him id he responded to me very rudely saying and on telling him to please respond nicely he told me that he is short of 83$ so is that my fault ? Why should i be the one who listen's to you rudely !Every one in this store has been such a good guy especially all the guys who are working at night but this guy ISHAAN I don't know what is wrong with him i would really appreciate the management if you please teach your staff how to respond to customer ! Bo greeting nothing !Almost every day i used to come here but now no more and would definitely let others know !

Washroom available, although the toilet paper holder was broken and the soap dispenser was missing. Also the toilet seat was loose

Had the worst experince buys gas here the csr working here at night is completly unprofessional. They are rude to cutomers. Try to be more polite. I just came to get gas tats it. i dont need anything more?

Please provide exact gas rateGoogle maps said 1.01$ but it was 1.05$.We drove 10 kms but due to incorrect information, it wasn’t worth it.

Probably I can post dozen photos (different day) when the prices were different in actual to prices shown on google map. Even they are not in 5 cent error, it’s always 15~20 cent up then google map petro-canada mentioned price. Overall I feel like they want to scam people with lower price (false price) on google map so people tend toCome here or they don’t care to change it.
