Pleasant place! I have my dog in training. Price is half the cost of other training places , and it’s good and effective teaching. We are in the beginner class then to the next. So far so good.Always have discounts for great pet treats without fillers and all those other things our furry friends don’t need. I’d recommend them for sure.If you’re looking for a pet groomer they have so pretty great ones. Specifically Christi Nolan. Amazing groomer at the Ancaster store. I give her 5 stars. She’s very caring and loving to my pets. Treats them like her very own. My furry friends love her. They come home looking stylish and smell amazingly good.Nothing bad to say about this store

Alyse, a trainer at this location is amazing. She truly made life with my puppy enjoyable and gave us a great framework for training from very early puppy days all the way into advanced learning.She's patient, positive and incrediblt humble. Thank you Alyse for helping me create a great life with my dog.

It's a huge store with no floor staff and one cashier. The staff are stand offish. If you can manage to track one down. They're not knowledgeable at all. Try somewhere else if you need advice or help. If you know exactly what you want and don't want to make eye contact with anyone. Then the selection is good enough. You should find what you want.

Publicly humiliated and embarrassed in front of other clients as I was asked to pay for a third section of time for brushing out my one year old blind puppy. Yes his undercoat was matted from swimming in his wading pool in this unprecedented heat. That was why I booked the grooming appointment. I am old and arthritic and while he is brushed everyday, after swimming he does require a grooming to get matting out.I had already added on additional brushing time in his grooming appointment and they had previously asked me to do, an initial brushing out is already included in the initial bath and brush out; now they were asking to be paid for a third grooming brush which I could ill afford as I had two dogs there booked to be groomed. Nowhere on the booking appointment app is there a place to request a 3rd brushing out. Also, the Senior groomer that I had paid for did not do the work, rather it was handed off to a Junior groomer.No client should be publicly humiliated and embarrassed.Ironically, the time the groomer took to argue publicly was approximately twenty minutes; five minutes more than the time requested for the 3rd brushing. That just doesn’t make economic sense on PetSmart’s end.PetSmart would do well to spend a little more time on customer relations training and less time on the public embarrassment and gouging of Seniors living on a pension.

A wide range of supplies for large and small domestic pets. The store is clean and well stocked. Well merchandised. Knowledgeable staff that are helpful. A cat I met there told me it's where she and her pensioner roommate buy their favorite food.

Love to take my dog on those rainy days when we can't get out for a walk. All pet supplies are usually expensive, so I like to wait for the sales. Love the option of ordering online with pick up in store and have also used the door drop off. I would recommend both. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful

Been taking my dog to Mina for years and she has been amazing. Yes he has a heart murmur and the receptionist at my vets couldn't confirm the level till the vet got in, I understand you have a policy with that but the attitude I got from Maria cancelling our appointment and telling us to leave was beyond rude and snarky. He's a vet confirmed stage 2 which is just fine but I would NEVER trust you with him EVER. I'll never be back there again. Maria needs to learn how to talk to customers.

If I could rate it lower I would. First the call centre booked the appointment wrong so when we went in on Monday they couldn't take our dog. So we rebooked for today (Saturday). We took him in and they said they won't groom him because he has a heart murmur! First... they've groomed him several times before... second why did they wait until we were there with him to tell us! They could have called us BEFORE we dragged the poor dog into the store AGAIN! Seriously awful customer service.

The store staff was very rude, they clearly do not care about the animals they have on display. They have red-lights for heat lights for the Bearded Dragons(maybe no older than 6 months still juvinals) red lights will cause streess on those animals as well as possible blindness.

This particular store has completely outdone themselves. I would like to thank Erica the store manager. As well as sara not sure her title. I needed a Basking lamp for my panther chameleon. Needless to say my cards were compromised and declined at the register at least half a dozen times. They never once got frustrated with me and offered me multiple different options. I did have to return the following day after dealing with my compromised cards. They still had what I needed in stock and assisted me in a very reasonable amount of time. I will continue to go this store for all my pets needs as I have alot of pets

Had a pleasant experience. It was 1st time I brang my puppy in with me & the young lady that greeted me was very nice & welcoming. My puppy 'Hansum' liked her as well

Good selection, clean well maintained store, friendly helpful staff, reasonable prices.I've bought many fish and tank accessories from this location. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and easily approached. The fish are in good health and well cared for.The store is well stocked and maintained with clean well organized shelves. The aisles are free from stray products and floors are kept clean.Overall this is a good PetSmart location.

After booking an appointment we’ll in advance we arrived at the pet store for the planned appointment. Had made arrangements for a friend to come along and drive. Once we arrived we had been informed that the appointment could not go forward because the dog weighed more then 20 pounds and the person that was to bath was pregnant and can’t lift more then that amount. Not sure how they determined the weight without using a scale or being respectful enough to call us in advance to explain the situation. Also being told that if we don’t like it we can go elsewhere! Perhaps the store could have done their due diligence to avoid the issues. Maybe if the groomer can’t do the job she should consider early mat leave. Terrible to send an 87 year old lady away and say to bad go elsewhere if you don’t like it!!! Really terrible and disrespectful for the customer. They even told us that she had lost 2 babies before and we are being rude! Shame on you for making your bad planning our problems!
