2 King Street West Suite 155, Hamilton ON L9H 6Z1
“I always use this place to mail anything. Every staff member there is always helpful and straightforward. Terry, the owner, gets negative reviews by idiots and that's because he's fair, doesn't put up with bs or bad attitudes. I'm sure that the staff at this location has seen it all and has had to deal with plenty of rude and entitled customers on a daily basis. I think they are great at handling difficult situations and at keeping the line moving.”

“Hands down the best customer service in any government/crown company. Super friendly, super helpful, always smiling, helpful and knowledgeable. Canada Post should send staff to this location to get trained and learn how to provide great service”
