stuff falling all over the place, very messy store. Asked an associate where an item was and was told on the back wall of surplus, which was a huge mess. Will not come back, also noticed alot of team members on their personal cell phone devices. Finally found help when a lady with a dirty high visibility jacket said she worked in the back and would go look for me, she was also very snotty

It is not possible to speak to anyone on the phone to confirm that what you see in the website is actually what you need. All that happens is you go through a circular series of voice mails. Not at all helpful.

When I was there I other night the store looked so junky. When I asked one of the employee’s about an item they said it was along the wall. I went to look and couldn’t find it. I looked for something else. Found another employee asked them, for the first item, got told it’s against the wall. I asked could you show me. They sied, rolled their eyes, and said I guess I could. We go there they say not here. I looked online to see if another store has it. It states Hamilton has 3 of them.

It's not the first time I have bought something from Princess Auto to realize I no longer needed.
This time, a hydraulic jack for my RV, an RV that's going to be sold.
Indeed, in mint condition, as it never been used.

This Princess Auto location is my preferred store. They usually have what I am looking for at a pretty good price and the fact that it is the only hardware type store my wife will go to with me , this is a great various supply store??

I had to come get my power washer adjusted to fit a new gun handle I had purchased. Josh S. Was phenomenal. Not only was this kid able to help me. He went ABOVE AND beyond and totally re adjusted it. I value and appreciate the time he took to help me

Never rely on the the website for stock. All the pieces I ordered said in stock for online ordering. I place my order, and half the stuff isn't available anymore to be shipped. Terrible website maintenence. In store is no better. If you can actually find someone to help you, its seems as if you are bothering them and they disappear in the blink of an eye. Need help for an item on a top shelf? Set aside 20 min.

Purchased a product online. Recieved email that item was ready for pickup. Entered the store on Barton and showed a guy the email, that says to show to associate, and he tells me to go stand in line at customer return. This line had a bunch of people in it already. So while in line another associate passed me and I showed them the email. They took me out of line and helped like the other guy should have. News flash to the associate that doesn't know how to do his job. I purchased the item online so I wouldn't have to stand in a long line, or hunt down the item I wanted. That's the point
