The staff had been helpful and easy to talk to so far. They gave experienced insights and suggestions. The unit itself was well-maintained. We loved working with Kevin during set-up. He was very thorough with explaining everything and made sure the whole process was stress-free!

Public Storage was great! I had to store my furniture for a year while moving. It’s safe and secure. Ill go back if need be.

Amazing service! Nicole was so accommodating to all of my needs. She walked me through the whole process without hesitation. Nicole was very professional, funny and a great person to go to for storage needs, very highly recommended going to see her, If you need storage.

A snow removal co. broke the door of my unit. No one called to tell me I couldn't get in the unit because of the broken door. I loaded my truck, went to the unit and that's when I found I couldn't use the unit. After much discussion they gave ? me a unit for $1.00 HOWEVER! I had to pay administration costs, insurance costs, so The $1.00 unit that I didn't want But had to have because I was in the middle of moving cost me over $50.00! I don't think there should be any charge because I'm not the one that damaged the door. I have a fractured back and was unable to switch things from one unit to the other, so for April, May and June I paid for two units. They didn't charge me for one month for one unit. This has been a a significant financial hardship and a tremendous aggravation.

Very Bad experience.. Didnt use the space and wanted to have refund as i will not required that space but this company didnt refund me .
