I had attempted to wash my car, and unfortunately, the station in which I had selected had broke down. This of course happened after I had already paid. The attendant had directed me to write down my information on a card and instructed that I return during office hours whereby management would assist with issuing a refund. Upon returning to obtain my refund, the current manager had told me that they could not do anything about the refund and that I was essentially SOL.Very poor customer service. I would recommended that you steer clear of this location.

It's OK.. place needs an upgrade.. don't wash the car properly.. must be the aging equipment

Convenient spot but regardless, it doesn't do a very good job. Within 15 minutes you could see all the dirt had just been moved around, not washed off.
