I went in to this location today to complete the final process in an online application, and I was helped by Kelly. Her Customer Service skills were impeccable, and she was able to assist me with genuine courtesy, friendliness, and respect. My utmost thanks for an amazing Customer experience today!

RBC is the worse bank I have dealt with in my life. They are rude and judgy. To get better service, you should come here clean cut and clean shaven. My kid seen and heard how they treated me and they switched to TD bank!!

I was assisted by Benjamin Davis. He was nice and friendly. Even during the last 15 mins of the working day, he had a smile on his face and was ready to help! Must say, that's rare! Went it to get coins and submit a doc to renew CC at 4:30 PM and was 4th in line. Got my turn by 4:35 ish. I was out before the clock hit 4:50 PM.Great Job everyone! Not sure why they have 2.8 rating on here but they for sure deserve much better than that.

awful bank. The app doesn't work. To transfer money from a check, you have to go to the bank every time. There are always horrible queues at the bank. I can't afford to spend so much time just to get my money. Save your time, do not use the services of this bank

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt I had to for this branch. After not being able to find any information online about how to stop pre-authorized payments, and being told to call their 1-800 number (and being hung up on by the automated system), I went to the branch to see if I could solve my problem. After explaining my situation to Keshika, I was met with a snide and condesending tone. I was told that I had to do what I was asking myself online, and I explained, yet again, that I was told, by the website and the automated call system, to come in to the branch myself. The manager at the time, although nice enough, was little to no help. She offered to show me how I may be able to solve the problem myself and then quickly ran off again to assist Keshika with another customer (not that there is anything wrong with her helping her employee, but don't offer to help an already frustrated client if you're too busy). I continued to wait and eventually left. My previous experiences at this branch have been mediocre, but the attitude I was given today left a horrific taste in my mouth.

I applied for a line of credit, they were so nice to give me a call the very next day for the details, but the application time is so slow, it started on 26 May 2023, by Chris Bonam, and even after 25 days, they don't have an answer, I have given all the documents required, they also processed the credit check, but after that nothing, i don't even get my emails answered.worst experience ever.I am still waiting to hear about the application.

Slowest bank in the entire city. Every day of the week. Every month. Every season. I’ve never waited so long, so consistently at any other bank in town. They never have enough tellers working.

Years previous I've always had really lovely tellers but lately flat, despondent, and you can overhear them say things like"uggh....when's my break?!"You're customer facing....you should really start acting like it.Not a very professional atmosphere.

RBC what an unbelievable bank. Been there for like 3 days already have managed to waste like 6 hours of my time. Nothing I did wrong, just branch managers not bothering with training their employees more or less. Maybe just employees trolling people who they perceive as poor as well, never know.
