I had an exceptional shopping experience at this location! I am a regular Reitmans customer, but typically shop at their Niagara locations. I had been putting off pants shopping and was dreading it, but Jessica was an amazing help! I have never had such great customer service. She was attentive, gave me honest and valuable perspectives about the different styles of pants and how they suited my figure. I left the store with 4 pairs of pants that fit and look great! Thanks so much Jessica!

Worest staff ever, their attitude made me not buy anything, even though I liked some staff, I had my son with me 100 times they told my son don't do that,don't seat here, don't touch these also they make uncomfortable because watching us while they working,even my son is so calm and listener ,sorry for that , but I have been seeing bad staff I wish I could give 0 stars for your store...

The service was great, but the quality of clothing not so much :( bought a women’s black dress shirt about a month ago. Worn not too often, already has a huge rip and is unwearable (paid $50.00 for it). Don’t recommend

This Reitmans location is amazing! I have been to this store several times over the last couple of months and each time has been wonderful. Jessica (and her staff) are always friendly and very helpful. They seem to really care that their customers have a positive shopping experience. It is because of their service that I will continue to shop at this Stoney Creek location.

East gate mall location is great. Staff is always willing to help, still remembers what customer service is and does what they can to make the experience a great one. Employees are not responsible for policies and pricing created by the brand itself . I always shop only at this location.

The worst customer service ever !The senior staff member who considered herself “store manager” was very racist and not at all polite.We saw some offer going on and requested but at first she was not at all accommodating our request as if we were trying to steal her so called R Cash.

I was there today around 6 pm lady busy talking to other shop employe . Went to return some stuff that was bought on Nov 5 and today is Nov 7 . She was very rude ,very bad customer Service. I m not recommending this location to anyone . I bought that stuff from Burlington they have amazing service. Cashier Id is 557098 and she called her self manager.
