This rexall is the best pharmacy I would never go anywhere else. Ayla and Maryanne, from the pharmacy department have went above and beyond numerous times for my family and myself. For that I’ll be forever grateful.

Nice store, but the store manager seems very unprofessional and rude. Seems like the store manager is so rude to the employees. Won’t come here again ever!!!!

Teresa the front store manager is extremely rude and disrespectful to her employees, especially the pharmacy staff. Feel bad for her employees.

The pharmacists are so inconsistent, with high turnover. I’ve recieved bad advice from them before. I want to change pharmacies soon.

All the ladies work their are stupid they all should get retired i think they all need a break mostly of the work at food basic and also at rexal so i think one of old lady get tired and doesn’t know how to do a good customer service

I am impressed by the Pharmacy team atleast. I specifically dealt with a young lady named Maryanne, She was by far the nicest Pharmacist I have ever dealt with.

Cashier was extremely rude and inept when checking my lottery tickets and didn’t understand the concept of a Free Ticket and continued to mock me i.e. smirking with hands on hips, had to call over another cashier obviously her boss who quickly repeated what I had already explained numerous times but the cashier continued mocking me even when her mistake was clearly evident and no apology for wasting my time and her extremely rude attitude and behaviour. Truly this was not my first rude experience with this particular cashier. I’m rating it a two because this experience was was distasteful. I do have to say my experience with the other head cashiers have always been easy friendly without drama.

If I could give zero stars I would. The way I was just spoken to by a pharmist was so out of line. I am trying to find my sick child's prescription and having a very hard time finding it so I am calling around and this pharmacist treated me like I was asking her for a kidney.I recommend finding employees who do not so obviously hate their jobs. Judging by the other reviews I can see I am not the first person to be treated this way at this pharmacy.
