This store advertises product at a lower price than it scans. We have encountered this twice now. A wallet will show $98 then scan at $148. The staff will not honour the label price and lack the basic customer service skills to navigate through the conversation.

Store has very limited inventory, on more than one occasion, and within different months. Seems better to shop online, unless you need to try it on.

Roots has a variety of clothing for the entire family. The staff members are really friendly and efficient. I would recommend buying from this establishment. The quality is very good.

Blonde manager and girl with tattoos have a terrible attitude and like to whisper with eachother instead of greeting and being kind to people spending money here… worst roots store experience will definitely pass on coming back here. Heard them complaining about staff and customers during my 10 minute browsing.

Today I went to the store and served the server very well. I made a greeting to her, although she was relunctant to give me a reply. Unfortunately, she did not give me the opportunity to say bye to her: she turned around when she noticed I passed her.I promised to offer all ladies working there the best service everytime I go to the store as a customer. You may file a complaint if my attitude is not warm enough.

Store is kinda bare, but clean. Cashier gave my daughter and I the stink eye, not a good attitude. Won’t go back.

I was able to use a gift card while in store. It was the first time I had shopped in Roots. Personally, I saw that they carry good quality purses, wallets, and clothing at very high prices. I was able to find something in the clearance section. The staff waited for me to approach them with my questions and help me with the purchase.
