Called RTC to come check my less than 3 year old LG fridge that completely stopped working. Two techs spent an hour and said no idea what’s wrong? Said flashing lights on back? They said there was an error code and would call me the next day. Next day they call and say it’s some kind of update to fridge needed, LG doesn’t provide tools to do it. They texted me some number error code and said call LG. I called LG and they said that code was meaningless. Called in another Company. Within 5 minutes tech said compressor failed, covered under warranty but I had to pay labour. I asked him how he knew so quickly? He said those 3 flashing lights told me. He said easy, just google it. Within 30 seconds I had it on google telling me it was a compressor. Geez, RTC couldn’t do that? Obviously they didn’t have much interest in fixing it. I texted the RTC tech asking if he checked the compressor? Surprise, tech didn’t reply to me. But, they did get my $158.00. But, I get to tell 158 people I know to stay away from this company. If you read this review, take my advice, stay away.

Mike came and quickly diagnosed the problem with our fridge. He explained the issue and ordered the part. He returned a couple days later when the part came in and completed the repair. Excellent service. Thanks.

Mike was amazing. He quickly identified the issue, and came prepared with the part. Mike fixed it promptly and explained the issue. I will definitely recommend him again.

James and Rob arrived within the agreed upon time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer. They were friendly and professional and fixed the issue quickly. I’m always happy with the service from RTC.

Mike was amazing! Our dryer was broken - he assessed and fixed the issue super fast. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process painless. We will definitely be using RTC appliances in the future!

Mike was very friendly and helpful, and made quick work of diagnosing the problem with my gas oven, getting the part ordered, and making the repair. It wasn’t the cheapest fix and he was upfront about the costs and timeline risk (the part was on backorder but arrived quickly), and did not pressure us one way or the other. Very impressed with the work, wish I had called sooner!

Today Mike came to fix our dishwasher that was not closing properly. He was able to quickly fix the issue and leave it better than it was before. He also gave us some tips for better care and cleaning.

RTC has become my goto for my appliances. Too bad they don't make applianaces like they used to but since they don't thank goodness for RTC.Have now been using them for over six years for our various appliances. Solid company, shows up on time. Completes the job and knowledgable and competent technicians. Thanks Mike, great job on my fridge today. Control board causing defrost issues, quickly assessed and fixed. Awesome !

RTC Appliances came to my home today to fix my stove. The stove works great now...I am able to use all of my stove top elements/coils. He even included a nice new tray that goes under the coil.
I would definitely recommend their services. :)

My stove was not working properly and they sent James out her was fast and efficient. Got my stove working again and even came back the same week with a part he did not have on the first visit. Great service he deserves a raise for his great work ethic.
