Worst experience renting from this j**** He charged extra for no reason for the car. Don't ever get any car from this guy, he will leave you in splits.

I never really write reviews but this one deserves it.We came from the Netherlands without a credit card, only debit card and prepaid credit card. So we got stuck at our airbnb because almost every car rental needed a credit card or a debit card with Ontario driving license.So after we went to a kia dealer they suggested us sam’s auto “ master rental car”We called sam and they could help us directly so we went to sam’s auto and payed the rental and deposit amount cash and sing a contract and we had a car for 4 days.We are so happy with their service otherwise we will be stuck in canada without a car. Also a part fall off the car what not our fault was and dint get in trouble with them.They are so nice and it make our vacation stay here beter because we got scammed at a airbnb that we booked so we already had a bad time here, but this made everything good.If you come here from a other country sam is the man for a car rental.Thanks a lot!!

A nightmare. I bought a cleanlooking car from Mo. Apparently it was safetied. With three weeks brakes, p and rs needed immediate replacement. A month later the computer told me the car was low on brake fluid. Turns out all the brakelines were badly corroded and had fluid seeping through rust holes. This car should not have passed safety. Also front axle needed to be replaced in the first 30 days. Newest update.. after three months I now needs alternator and battery. Stay far away !!!

Stopped in while searching for a used car to replace my old 1. Got really lucky in there being a 2012 honda civic and put a deposit in for it. Ended up selling my old car to them as well which made things incredibly easy and convenient for me. Mo was the one who helped me out and was great. Had a few screws come out of the undercarriage shield called them and they fixed it up within a few minutes no charge. Had stopped at some other dealerships and was blatantly judged for my appearance, felt no judgement from Mo or anyone else and they were all very welcoming, polite and helpful.

Car just lost power, had to pull over thought it might be a battery issue. Called the closest Auto shop which happened to be Mo's and after talking with him he figured it might be the alternator. He was nice enough to wait on the car to be towed to the shop after closing and did an excellent job of getting the car back on the road.

Just nonsense from these people. Buyer beware. They will scam you and not think twice. The cars are sold with all fake safeties & workmanship is terrible. Look what they did when replacing my engine it’s self after I paid $5700 and they say “well what do you want from us”

I would never recommend this company to anyone, what they did to Jordan Meyer is ridiculous and should be shut down, his pictures speak a thousand words. his new motor installed, looks like a grade three child did the work. check it out on Facebook, to see for yourself. Do not trust this shop.

Had a great experience at this dealership, good choice of cars, but the service I received was excellent, Art gave me some sensible advice and I felt as though there wasn't any pressure to make a decision. They're a friendly team and the after sale support has been brilliant, I wanted a couple of things doing on the car, no charge, no stress and they washed the car for me! I would happily recommend Sam's to anyone
