Ridiculous customer service after spending so much money for beauty products the associate didn’t even put my stuff in bag and she handover all the stuff in my hands and when I asked for a bag she made face while passing the bag like what kind of service are you offering I felt she was so rude while scanning my stuff. 😡😡 lady if you are not happy with your work stay home
The store manager can find my details through the system who helped me for my purchase.

I would have to agree with Ally’s previous review, the staff here is rude except a small few which every time I visit there the one lady is a gem and is so helpful. The rest of staff either follow you around because they think you are going to steal or they don’t acknowledge you and stand around gossiping, like make up your mind which is it ?
Honestly , I just rather shop online get it delivered to my house and avoid the negativity. You guys need to get it together.

I'm in my fifties and decided it was time to try makeup. I entered the store when it opened desperately needing some help as I've never worn makeup. I was the only person in the store with 3 employees. Not one helped me. 2 employees were to busy putting their own make up on and the other just ignored me. I thought this was the place to go guidence with this stuff. Obviously not!

Cashier was very rude and when my sister and I went to just let the manager know respectfully we got dismissed and we ended up being the ones lectured about being mindful of other people and how we have to keep their feelings in mind? when we were never rude in the first place. very ridiculous and unprofessional staff.

I forgot to leave a review for Najwa. She did my glam makeup last winter for a special event and did a beautiful job!
Update: website has many glitches, it is very difficult to book or reschedule appointments online.

Worst customer service, including the manager. We had a bad experience with the young cashier, Lisa, while I was cashing out. She did not greet us and was very dry. We asked her if we could use any points, and she barely even answered and did not check, just said “no”. Didn’t even tell us how many points we had. Then we asked if we could get a birthday set, and right away with a dry tone said “don’t have any”. Not nice at all. And did not even say goodbye when we left.
So I mentioned it to the manager on the way out, and the manager was extremely rude to us as well!! She said we shouldn’t expect everyone to treat us how we want to be treated because we do not know what people are going through. She basically told us off and excused her employee’s bad behaviour towards us. Clearly this store doesn’t care to provide basic good customer service. I was not surprised at all to see all of the bad reviews. I recommend you go to any other Sephora. I have never had any bad experiences at any other location except this one.

got racially profiled at this location. I was trying to buy a dior lipgloss and an old white woman with a poofy ponytail kept bothering me. never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

Great selection of cosmetics and perfumes but I was very put off by the dirty shelves and racks with cosmetics. Broken testers and so on. I wish someone would take care of the cleanliness of the store because it discourages people from buying anything there. Thank you.

Hi i visit today at the store and i was having a worst experience ever and ask the employee to help me and she said whats your budget and i was like i asked for her help then just show me the good products rather than judging people by their clothes or whatever and every-time she asked me for budget coz the things are so expensive but it depends on the customer and the duty of the employee is to show the customers product rather than said them this is very expensive products. Thanks

It’s mind boggling there’s no staff to help answer questions especially during the Sephora sale.
We went there in the afternoon and needed help buying foundation. We couldn’t find anyone to help after going around the store for a while. When we finally found someone, she said she’s in the middle of something and quickly walked away. We ended up leaving the store afterwards. Such a disappointing experience.
