Went there to get a new foundation, no one approached me or or asked me if I needed any help, I approached a lady and asked her for help she said she’s in the skincare section and left and called someone, I stood there and still no one came for 10 mins no one approached. I just walked across to Mac and got helped. Horrible.

Chloe did an amazing job with shade matching my foundation. I would have totally bought the wrong one, if Chloe didn’t help me. She was so patient and informative. If you want a stellar shade match, try going to Chloe at the Limeridge Sephora. Also appreciate the variety available at this store.

Went in to find out what my foundation shade and undertone is and had a great experience with jada. She also recommended one for my skin type and I like it more than the one I originally wanted, thank you!

I tried a new product that I loved here, so when I got the chance to get back to the mall I bought the same product again but didn’t get to use it until now. But I couldn’t use it because it was broken. I bought it 60 days ago so it was past the time I could exchange or return it apparently? I threw out the receipt obviously thinking I wouldn’t need it. When I went into the store to tell them about my problem they offered me zero help. So I lost money on something I couldn’t even use and that isn’t even my fault? They said it’s a manufacturer problem. Im very disappointed with this store.

There was like four cashiers for a small line and no one on the floor to ask for help. Any associate I saw when I entered either disappeared or went to cash and I was wandering around looking for someone to ask for help. No one said hello to me and they didn't have what I wanted in stock. Not a great visit.

I booked a makeover here for my mother and the lady was amazing! She gave a makeup lesson and recommended products that fitted my mother's needs. It was very VERY busy in the store but the booked makeup class was fantastic! The store was very busy and loud so I would give that 2/5 stars but the lesson we booked was absolutely 5 stars!

My daughter is 11 and sees stuff on tic tok about this store. I thought the staff would kind of roll their eyes, but they took her seriously and answered all her questions. I was super impressed with how kind and patient they were.

The perfume smell so strong I almost had asthma attack on other side of mall across from Sephora. I suffer from asthma I can't go in store due to strong strong perfume. We were going to go in and book a make up session and can't, do to the perfumes.

Cyndy/Cindy helped me find a spot treatment that worked wonders on my skin these last 2 days! I expressed to her that I was struggling with a planet on my jawline that would not budge and she recommended I try the glow recipe kit and the Caudalíe Vinopure spot treatment. C was an angel and you can tell she genuinely cares about her job and wants to give great advice to people who are seeking it. She recommended Caudalíe not only because they're patented (so it really works!) but also because the price point was in my budget. Give her a raise!! Or extra beauty points, I don't know lol but I will be returning:)

I love this place. They selection is amazing. But the staff makes it. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind and understanding. I don't use a lot of makeup or have a lot of knowledge. I've never felt judged. Like I have at other makeup boutiques. They are the place to go if you're a pro or a complete novice like me.

The first time I was dragged into this store with my daughters, I tell ya, walking in was like walking into a wall from the overwhelming perfumed air. I had to rush my youngest daughter out of the store because the pungent air was so bad her nose started bleeding. Read that again, the air was so bad from the perfume that it made someone’s nose bleed! Please get ventilation, it is so bad for anyone’s health as soon as they walk in, especially the employees…even though they’re all rude. Let’s talk about the employees now. Both times I have had the unfortunate experience of going in there, every single employee was either standing there giving weird and snobby looks or following you around like you’re a criminal. Like, get over yourselves! Maybe the perfume is burning brain cells and they don’t know how to be polite and accommodating to their potential money spending customers. People are spending loads of money there and no one can offer a decent welcome or goodbye. But if you don’t spend any money, it’s even worse. They treat you like they are so superior. Looking at other reviews, there seems to be a trend here. I have 3 daughters, that is a lot of makeup and skincare, a lot of money that will be spent elsewhere

I had a horrible experience with a cashier named Katie today( I only know her name because she said "This is my name for when you are going to complain". She was struggling to process my refund and I can understand that but the way she acted towards me was extremely disrespectful and was making it seem like it was my fault when I trusting she knew what she was doing while she was processing it. She was completely rude to me even in front of her manager. When I addressed my concerns to her manager, Katie said "well you keep going on and on about it". I have never ever experienced customer service like this at Sephora in the 10+ years I have been shopping here. My plan was to shop right after my return today and I ended up leaving after this experience.

This was my second time having an awful run in with sue/ susey in the skin care section (the older lady a lot of the other poor reviews are about) both interactions were 4 months apart. I thought the first time was just her having a bad day, but now I know she’s just crabby and looking to put customers down to make herself feel better/ compensate for something. I think the worst thing about my second interaction with her was that she was training someone. To think that this employee is in charge of training someone mortifies me. Teaching new employees to put down customers and give them attitude. The first time I interacted with her she was incredibly passive aggressive and snarky and seemed annoyed that I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. It’s her job to educate customers on products and help them navigate the hundreds of products in the store. When I told her I wanted a higher quality product but didn’t want to spend over $100 on a face cream she then became increasingly condescending. She was very impatient with me when I couldn’t decide on which product to pick . I didn’t actually ask for help in the beginning, she was just very aggressive about offering her assistance and I would have been happy browsing the products alone and taking my time. This second interaction, the one that has now prompted me to leave this review happened July 8th while she was training someone.Once again, she approached me aggressively and forcefully to offer assistance when none was needed. I new exactly the product I wanted (primer) and when I went to reach for it she very quickly picked the product up as if I wasn’t allowed to touch it? My goal was to apply a full face of primer and top it with the foundation I was looking to buy and walk around the mall for a bit and come back and purchase if it didn’t make my skin itch/ get patchy. Every time I’ve thought I liked a foundation, bought it, wore it for an evening and hated it, so I was trying to be smarter this time before I spent a couple hundred on makeup, as I don’t live close and can’t return things easily. So I asked her to have a sample of the primer, and it wasn’t enough so I asked for some more and she looked at me weirdly and then proceeded to squeeze out almost a table spoon of product onto my hand very passive aggressively. I stepped a foot over to put it on in the mirror with my friend and watched her lean over to the girl she was training, whisper something, then the trainee looked up at me and laughed. I wasn’t born yesterday to know when someone’s whispering comments about you. What are we, in highschool? This is a grown woman I’m talking about. She didn’t even try to hide the fact that she was making a snarky comment at my expense. This made me and my friend extremely uncomfortable and I’m just in complete shock that this person works here, there’s no way I’m the only one she’s acted this way towards. Can’t wait until Sephora opens up in lynden mall so I never have to go back to this location and deal with sue with the awful attitude issue. I go to Sephora to buy beauty products, not to be put down by its employees. I really hope someone looks into camera footage, this employee needs to be put in her place.
