Please train your pharmacy staff in processing breast pump returns. After waiting for 15 min, I was asked to return another day when there is a pharmacist who knows the return process. Finally the on duty pharamacist agreed to take the pump and write down my details to process it (instead of making me return another day).

Pharmacy staff is great! The lady there was so helpful.Store is clean. Front staff is kind of weird, the tell the employee at the cash to not stand behind cash meanwhile they are standing there talking to each other and dismissing the fact there is customers who who need assistance at self checkout.Thank you to the cashier and pharmacist that helped me today!

The Shoppers Drug Mart Stores should forever be known as:SHOPPERS FLEECED STORESTheir prices are so high as to be cruel to people who are struggling to get by. It is like during wartimes when some unscrupulous businesses saw it as an opportunity to gouge people.SHAME ON YOU. IT'S DISGUSTING.

I was surprised by how the staff are kind and really wanting to help. I was helped by zahra who was so kind she immediately helped me find what i was searching for and even offered help to carry the stuffs since there was a lot. I give jigh marks for zahra and i will be coming more often to this location for sure!!!

Kavita was wonderful. She was juggling so many tasks and still staying on top of everything. Management should be a bit more on top of rude customers. Too many people feel too comfortable yelling over at her instead of using their eyes.

My friend and I went to this shoppers and we waited awhile upfront since we both got items that needed a staff member to ring through. After waiting we decided to ring the bell 3 times and finally Ramon helped us out. My friend had bought items that were on sale , the first time he rang them through he scanned 6 items when we only bought 5, correcting him he changed it but failed to add the discounts to the items we bought . The total came up to exactly $20 which didn’t make sense at all, my friend pointed it out and he was quick with attitude to say “ya it’s $20 with tax” “look I did it” as he pointed to the screen. My friend said okay and proceeded to pay, we left and looked the receipt over and did the math ourselves and knew we were right the first time , he had messed up. We went back to the shoppers , and went up to a lady supervisor asking for help about the situation. She went up to Ramon to tell him to fix it but he told her to do it , so she took us over to the other station and she fixed it for us. Through the whole time she was helping us Ramon was wondering around sighing and giving attitude , the lady helping would ask him questions and he would also give her attitude, completely unnecessarily. Not once did he apologize or recognize his mistake. So from the very beginning my friend was right :) He made us feel extremely uncomfortable . I understand it’s not easy working in retail but why are you being rude to people who did absolutely nothing to you…

Currently on hold for the pharmacy; it has been 47 minutes as of now. This pharmacy is the worst.Edit:Time for me to transfer to another pharmacy. Almost every month there is an issue getting my medication. I transferred one of my medications to another shoppers during the holidays, and I guess they just decided to transfer *all* of my meds. I've since transferred back that one medication, and picked it up at Main and Emerson. Tonight I was told that my other meds, (which I never transferred) were somehow now in another city. They also gave me 64 pills and I paid for 84. This place makes no sense.If you are looking for a pharmacy that you can depend on, please do not choose this Shoppers. The majority of the pharmacists here are only willing to do the bare minimum, and I'd expect more from folks that typically make 100k per yr in salary.

Terrible experience with Sarah at the pharmacy on Feb 7th 10:40pm. I asked someone behind the counter to speak to a female doctor about a female health question, he told her this, and although she was far behind the counter and was standing directly beside her male coworker she loudly asked me with attitude, “can I help you?” Clearly I wanted to ask about a private matter and to be faced with a lack of respect for this, let alone attitude, is terrible.

The pharmacy has the some of the slowest service I've ever experienced, in addition to very unresponsive staff.I was ignored for about 10 mins at the drop-off counter, while another customer was ignored at the pick-up counter. The two pharmacists stood together, talking, while deliberately not acknowledging us. Before coming in, I'd waited on the phone for over 13 minutes before being disconnected.Additionally, the pharmacist adjusted my prescription without letting me know she had filled it differently from what my doctor had written. This made led to a return visit the same day, and waiting again.Dispensing fees are very high (which is an issue with Shoppers, not just this location, of course). But the poor service combined with the cost means that I'll be moving my prescriptions to Costco, even though it's not within walking distance.

The correct location is Main St. West in Dundas !!!!2 Issues today Oct 9 5pm.I dropped in today Oct 9 5pm (1st issue) to pick up the balance of my Diltiazem which I has already paid for since they had to order more and gave me a weeks worth 7 days ago. When I came in 7 days ago I gave them my empty pill bottle which indicated 1 refill left. Today he refused to give me the balance of the medication even though it was a refill and already paid for because he said the system indicated my doctor had not yet approved. I got tired of arguing the fact it is already paid and they gave me 7 already because approval was not necessary due to a refill.(2nd issue) I am on a mild medication (can't recall the name) for attention deficit. I gave them the prescription earlier at 3pm same day. He refused to give it to me because he claimed my prescription is not due and is in fact 10 days early, as it is a controlled substance. I explained that this store ran out of it another time I came in for my prescription and give me what they had (10) to hold me over. Since then more than a year ago every time I come in to get another prescription they give me this same story because the (10) given to me at one time must not have been subtracted from the balance they already gave me or they didn't account for it in their system. It should have been corrected the first time it happened.Bottom line is a line up customers had to sit and listen to me argue with this employee for 15 minutes and I left with no prescriptions and one of them Ditiazem is for heart defect. I have to wait another 2 days as Monday is a holiday. I feel at risk.This is really scary these kinds of mistakes related to peoples health are going on in this store. I have used them for 12 years and all this started about a year ago or so.When I come in to discuss this with the manager I am also considering moving my business.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The worst customer service ever.I was looking for a bottle for arthritis pain Lakota.There was so much dust on it was disgusting. I asked the supervisor Anastasia to check if there was others in the back. She looked at me as though I was asking for a million dollars. She came back and said no we don’t. I asked her if she can please clean the bottle and she replied with what. Really Anastasia you have no clue how to wipe a bottle and with . Terrible customer service: I have been there before and young man who served me in cosmetic was amazing. I wish I knew his name.
