The old lady with the black hair working today morning is terrible, rude and furious she accuses all of her customers for being “crazy” all i came in for today was to return something that was defected that i j bought yesterday for my daughter she started yelling at me, accusing me of just wanting to rip the store off when all i asked for was a simple exchange for my daughter. I didn’t pay $40 on an item for it to be defective and then at the end she tops it off” u should be grateful i called my area manager” like i beg ur finest pardon this is so unprofessional and straight up rude she should never be in a store where they sell toys and stuff for kids with this attitude. Literally the rudest and most furious person i have ever met accusing customers of wanting to rip the store off and that people are crazy.

Overall the gentleman working today was very pleasant & helpful. The older lady however should find a job she enjoys. I misread a promotion and she nearly but my head off instead of just explaining it.
If ahe hates her job and customers she shld find a new one. I say this whole heartedly as a CS manager myself

I stood at the cash register contemplating between two items, and cashier scanned both and asked me to pay $99 (scanned same one twice). I handed $100 over and asked why it was so much: knowing that one item is $40ish, the final bill should had been under $50. The sales person replied: because you bought two. I asked for my money back and that one of the items is removed from the bill. She handed back the change and said that transaction is final and no refunds are offered. This was for sealed toys, behind the counter (Sonny Angels), not "final sale" items. Showcase receipt and web site clearly state that these are returnable within 30 days. I want my money back. This is unacceptable behavior...
P.S. I submitted all details of this transaction via Showcase Customer Service portal. Feel free to contact me should you need more information or how to give me my $$ back

The manager there her name is Kim, shouldn't be around children, it starts with her all around agitated demeanor and arrogant scowl on her face, I entered the store with my 2 children to make purchases because they have great products, she watched my children like she was a hawk and they were her prey, the scowl on her face increased each time my children approached items they had interest in, which I tolerated until my child picked up a funko pop and she approached and told my son to "put that down", i then asked, no at that point demanded to know her name, which i s how i found out she is the manager, her all around attitude is despicable and my children are now scared to go to that store, which is sad because as I said we LOVE the products sold there, she should be given some serious people training, because she needs it.

At the check-out: "Give me your phone number and personal info or I will have to charge you 'non-member' prices". Thanks for preventing me from making a rip-off impulse buy from your ridiculous store!

Way overpriced, literally ripping people off! They’re selling Austin Mathew Prime drinks for $14.99 any most expensive retail stores would be $ 3.99. Takis chips for $12.99 while in Dollarama is $1.25. Mr. Beast chocolate $ 9.99 while in other retailers is $3.99. I could list hundreds of their items.I wish someone could start a lawsuit against them they deserve the worst.Went back to return what my son has purchased but the rude manager told me it has F beside the items and n the receipt means final sale even though they never mentioned that when we were purchasing the items ( items never opened) I will try to reach out to consumer protection to see if I can file a complaint against them

Clear and large printed prices advertised and labelled everywhere. …However: when you bring your stuff up to check out, everything costs $5 or more higher than expected! To get the lower price they require you to consent to receiving spam, providing your phone and email address.Super misleading. I left the store and bought want I wanted on Amazon for even less than their “sale” price. While standing in front of the store.
