I've been in a few stores and honestly it was great customer service by Jason, at the Lime ridge mall in Hamilton. I recommend a buy from this retailer and at this location to find what you are looking for. Nicely done and was very friendly and helpful to get some slip on shoes!!

Went in to buy a two pairs of shoes but ended up buying 4 pairs for my whole family, The staff is friendly and helpful, Mohan was really patient with me and my elder mom , looked after us for more than an hour and made sure we found the perfect pairs.

Sydney was very helpful in finding the style I was looking for, comfort and size. I went in looking for shoes, but needed boots, too. I'm so glad she told me about the offer they had on a second pair. I don't buy often and am so glad I came into this shop. She was very helpful and had just what I needed.

Somebody had called in sick. Jaylyn was working by himself. He was extremely professional the whole time, never once getting frustrated, even though the store was packed. We felt so sorry for him. We asked if we could tip him, and he wouldn’t allow it. Instead he just asked that we give him a good review. Thumbs up??????????

I recently went in because I was seriously needing new shoes. I was really just browsing to see if I could get an idea of what to look for online, when Kyle came over to see how I was doing. I told him that I was looking for something that had built in arch support or something that I could put insoles in and he recommended that I look into the arch fit. He said that the insoles were built to be more comfortable and that they’re removable if I decide I need something more. He went back and grabbed me a pair to try and after getting a feel of them in store I was kind of hooked. I asked if Kyle would hold the shoes at the counter while I kept on looking around for a bit. After trying on a different pair, I ended up going for arch fit that Kyle recommended. He made it really easy to find some new shoes that I already really enjoy.

I came in looking for a comfortable pair of work shoes, I had a specific shoe in mind but wasn’t sure where to look. Kyle greeted me and instantly took me under his wing. He helped me find my perfect pair! He was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed :) excellent worker and was willing to go the extra mile for me.
