Really bad customer service, I returned a pair of shoes, only tried once at home, every thing looks the same when I received it. The lady in the store kept checking the shoes, even I told her never been wore and only tired once, she just ignored my words.

My visit to the store today was not enjoyable from a customer service pov! No one greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything. When I needed a size change I had to go up to the counter to get someone's attention. When I finally did get some help, I felt I was a burden to the staff and they were pretty rude. "Do you need something?", was the greeting I got. I don't think I will be back to this location.

If there was a zero rating I would pick it. Service is horrible and when I straight walked in I was going Ong to pick some Jordan’s as I walked to him it’s like they were all ignoring me.

Good selection, but non-existent customer service even in an empty store. A simple hi would have been suffice.Judging by the other reviews, management is well aware of this, but things have not changed. No, I will not be contacting customer service to share my experience because it doesn't look like you guys care to change anything about it.

MAKE SURE to check how much they charge you before purchasing!! I went in brought a shoes but a staff (in golden yellow coloured hair, asian) charged me at original price instead of sale price. Even after I told him to double check the price tag (price is public posted by the display window) before scanning, he saw the sale price with his own eyes still charged me at the regular price, I even asked if he think the price is right he said yes, then I caught the mistake AGAIN. Just made me feel like he does that on purpose, sneaky move! Scam!

honestly my experience there could’ve been alright, until one employee started misgendering my friend. we even corrected them, but they continued to do it repeatedly. it was so uncomfortable! they seriously need some extra training on how to treat customers & their fellow coworkers! I swear all companies provide training on gender inclusion nowadays, but they may need to relearn.

Just not a good experience at all. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Store was surprisingly messy. I've worked in retail for 3 years so I get that these things happen, but this was downright gross.

Friendly staff. Their prices about the same as other stores. They had alot of nice sandles. You never know when you will get a deal.

I love this location! I am shocked at some of the comments! I have never seen any of the staff be rude. The store is clean and displays are attractive.They have always been able to answer my questions and provide me with the sizes I want. If they didn't have what I was looking for, they have found it and brought it in from another store for me.The other day their POS machines were down and they were very gracious with customers, recommending ATM locations or setting stock aside so customers could come back the next day and pay.I have never seen mice nor any evidence of them!The staff get along well and work well together.I would highly recommend this location!!Go and see for yourself!

Staff was super rude!! I walked in and was promptly ignored. I tried looking for help in finding a new pair of Birkenstocks and it was like the staff avoided me like the plague. The only friendly and helpful ones in the store were the mice. So thoughtful of them to keep checking in on me when I was looking at the shoes! Give the mice a raise and fire the human staff, if you knew what was good for your business. Won’t be coming back in until I know Remy will be working again!

Went into the store today to purchase a pair of shoes, no assistance was offered to us. Both girls were standing behind the cash doing nothing. We were literally the only ones in the store. The store was a mess, we had to push shoes out of the way that some one prior to us had tried on. It was just a awful experience. Needless to say we walked out with nothing. Won’t be going back to this location.

Place is horrible. They didn’t have my size in literally anything I wanted. 2 female employees were just standing around not even asking me if I needed help. That isn’t the worst part. The worst part is that I saw a mouse run by… I know it’s not a restaurant but you never know if mice are chewing up the products and making them defective or not. I wouldn’t shop here again if you PAID me to.
