Very bad experience the lady who runs the office she talk strongly rude that's not fare how to talk to customer or someone come to your office, zero star I will never come back again . Hope Google get serious action about you guys.

I had the front bumper replaced on my 2012 Ford Focus Se Hatchback, and they did a great job matching the paint and alignment of new part to the car, looks like a new car.The paint is a perfect match.

I have been going back to this place for awhile for interior shampooing. They clean the car nicely and it looks like a new car! Will keep going back to this place for sure!

we called and booked the appointment with Front desk staff Anna just 25 min beforeshe told us to come and drop the car for repair,when we came , she denied what she said over the phone just before 25 min and said we can not do the repair until next week.i dont aware about the appointmentI dont recommend this place,

Asked if they could clean inside the hood of my car/engine…got so dirty and dusty over time…as well as vacuum and see what they can do to the inside. I was able to pop right in and they did it on the spot the day of! First time here after living in Stoney creek for years and will definitely be back! The guy I dealt with was very nice and polite! He put in extra care and did a little extra work to help get those pesky and hard to clean spots which was so nice! The inside looks amazing.. such a big difference! Will definitely be recommending this place to friends/family!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, no communication and thrives.We brought in a work vehicle for 3 things, the ac, the exhaust and the mirror.After 5 days we never heard anything so called go check in. We were told they have completed 1700$ worth of work, all of which we did not ask for aside from the as. Most of which I believe it did not need. We did not get a call with a quote or to seek authorisation for them to do the work they did.They took it upon them selfver to do breaks pads and rotors, oil change alignment, controle arms and much more the list goes on.When we asked who authorized this and why we didn't get a call with a quote, the incompetent office staff stated "When your tech dropped it off he just said get it fixed as soon as you can". Yes, the 3 things it came in for. I asked to speak with the supervisor, his response and I quote was "we got busy and didn't have a chance go call, I can take the parts off and put the old ones back on if you want"!!Seriously?! This is not how you run a business. We did not authorize any of this work.When we told them not to touch another thing and we would pick it up to our surprise the bill was then $2400, we were expecting the 1700 plus tax they had told us.Not sure where the extra cost came from after the fact.I do not recommend this company as they are shady, dishonest, no communication and con artists. They basically robed us blind.The worst part is, the cost wasn't wasn't that bad and if I believed it needed that work we may have authorized it but it didn't need half the work that was done, and if any of it was needed we were not notified before they took it upon them selves to do it.

This place treats me right everytime I go there there busy all the time but works hard getting people in and out take it as there busy for a reason they do great work and u can trust them it's a one stop shop they do mechanic body and detailing. Oh and they also sell used cars

Had some body work done to my wife's vehicle. The black interior was covered with body compound dust. A friend recommended these guys. Got the full Treatment, shampoo etc. When my wife got into her car after having it done, she was totally amazed at how much different the interior looked. She thought that she had a brand new vehicle again. Definitely recommend these guys.

They sold us our can and have maintained since we got. A good group of people fair deals and pricing for most part very happy with our service.. usually able to get us in in a timely mannor.

Had the car in with front end trouble. Angelo and his team did a great job replacing my wheel bearing and serviced the brakes plus an oil change at a very reasonable price. Also the mechanic was polite and professional. Just found my new garage. ?

Angelo and his team did an amazing job fixing rust spots on my car. One of the areas was completely rusted through, basically nothing was left, but his fabricator was able to make up a new steel piece and now it looks brand new. Would 100% use their services again!
