I had to wait a long time, even a called the counter saler to show the equipment I wanted. He never left the counter, in conclusion, I left the store with any attention.

First time purchasing from them, fast shipping and A+ customer service. I recieved a part that had a manufacturing defective that wouldn't have been caught in store. Emailed customer support and was offered a replacement to be mailed to me within days.
They turned a potential bad experience into making me a future repeat customer.

went in looking for some tools, noticed they were out of stock and had a tag saying they were ordered. when i ask the man at the counter when they would be in, he answered rudely saying they dont order until they need a full skid of product. after saying that the attitude and way he talks to people is not right, i was asked to leave the store. I will not spend my money here again
