went in looking for some tools, noticed they were out of stock and had a tag saying they were ordered. when i ask the man at the counter when they would be in, he answered rudely saying they dont order until they need a full skid of product. after saying that the attitude and way he talks to people is not right, i was asked to leave the store. I will not spend my money here again

Good tool access, but products are congested and often don't have price tags... I'd like to compare prices without asking for the price on over half of their stuff.

I phoned first to make sure the product I wanted was in stock (witch you should always do) everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and kind. It took about a week to arrive at my door from the time i placed the order, from Ontario to alberta. It was a compressor and nail gun kit so a bit heavy. All together I am pleased with the pricing and service. Only place in canada I could find that has makita (quiet series) compressor kit.
