I went to see if I could fix my laptop which didn't have internet access for whatever reason. It was originally my brothers but he created a separate log in so I could use it as a digital notebook. A password was needed but my brother didn't remember what he set for the lap top so after a week or so of failed attempts I decided I just wanted my lap top back. It took them almost an entire month to give me my lap top back, and to my surprise when I opened my lap top it was formatted. I lost over 2 years worth of written works, short stories, poetry, screenplays and diary entries all completely gone. The genuine depression I experienced over the past month since this happened is starting to dissipate, But I urge anyone who may be reading this to avoid this store at any cost. They are incredibly shady and incompetent and the only reason I am writing this instead of calling them and confronting them is because I want nothing to do with them.
