I had a great experience at this mobile shop. The manager, Eli, was extremely professional and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Mahima was very friendly and knowledgeable—she answered all my questions patiently and helped me pick the right option for my needs. Dhrumil was also super helpful and courteous throughout the process.
It’s not often you find a team this attentive and committed to good service. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for honest advice and a hassle-free experience!

All staff members were very friendly and helpful. We received our new iPhones, and the process was straightforward. They provided comprehensive services, including setting up the new phones and transferring our data. The new phones performed exceptionally well during the initial days. However, we encountered an issue with one of the devices. Eli and Scott dedicated approximately three days to resolving the problem, working tirelessly each day.
I highly recommend this establishment for purchasing new phones and plans. The service was exceptional.

The team at The Mobile Shop at Fortinos on Mall Rd are FANTASTIC! Mahima has helped us on several occasions and she is always an expert and super patient and caring and friendly.
