Excellent customer service on all levels, from initial phone staff and all drivers. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and the move went without a problem. It was great having the box for a few days before and after the move, made the move a lot less stressful. Very reasonable pricing and would highly recommend and use again

The entire team at storage box was very helpful throughout our entire moving process. We had to move our box 3 times and had no issues getting the appointment date and times that we needed. The pickup windows were very accurate and the drivers were all very friendly and professional.

Great concept, but it is very inconvenient if you are moving into a building. They expect you to have the bin until they can have someone pick it up. Great that they pick up the bin full and deliver it when you are ready, but they are limited on some dates on weekends. Not cheap, either. We paid $900 for pickup, storage for 27 days, and drop off.

Overall I give my experience a 4, but really it was a 3.5 for the ordering process/logistics and a 5 for the service. As far as the service itself, the drivers and lifting system they have are excellent. They are impressively gentle given their power and weight, and we had no broken or damaged articles. We did use a few rope ties to help keep things in place (there are loops to tie off to inside the box). The driver was very nice and showed my partner how to open the door etc. I also payed for a lock through them for 15$ and it is of very good quality and I will definitely be resisting it. I did find the online quote system very helpful and accurate, though I found the company itself seems to have some organizational issues. When I booked originally (2 months in advance of use date) I booked for Saturday, but was called later when the attendant realized they couldn’t do a drop off to my area on that day, and we agreed on a Friday drop off. Before the drop off, I was called by the company to confirm I do have a parking space because “they checked on Google maps”, to tell me they were moving the date (it was still in as Saturday and so it was moving to Friday, which was the date I was already expecting), among other things. HOWEVER, they did call me to confirm every movement of the box (drop off, move to new house, pickup), which saved my skin because I erroneously entered the wrong house number of my new home. The driver also would call the day of, giving when he expected to be there (I think 25 mins or so heads up within his 2 hour window) and to confirm the details of address etc. Overall, the company is diligent, but needs to use stop using Excel as it’s booking system. I really appreciate the communication, but I do crave more organization in the form of all concerns being preemptively addressed in a single phone call.
