  Vary bad experiences-twice
  1-time they said it will be delivered next days-it wasn’t-they delivered after several days
  
  2- this Wednesday I set a parcel-I requested next day delivery and to be sign by recipient-even they sent me info that is delivered on Thursday-IT IS NOT STILL RECEIVED 3 Days later-according to ups -delivery Pearson gave it to SOME DAV,how sigh for that-I didn’t not sent anything to Dave-BUT TO THE NAME OF THE PEARSON ON EXPRESS ENVELOPE
  Also there was a problem with banking machine in the store-I went to bank ,banks menager checked my card and SAYS THAT IS A PROBLEM WITH UPS MASHINE-the machine sometimes word sometimes not-and that give a message “Time out”!!
  Person in the store even took battery out of machine in restarted machine!!!!
  IS IT ANY SCAM GOING ON- I would know-but there is a problem with the mashine!
  
  A called tham today and gentleman in the store “started case “ -investigation with UPS!
  I DID PAY EXTRA FOR:
  1- NEXT DAY DELIVERY
  2- EXTRA TO BE SIGN BY RECIPIENT
  
  THEY OWE ME ALL THAT EXTRA MONEY I PAYED ,since they haven’t yet fulfilled any part of the contract they promised and I payed

They made my experience seamless and stress free. It’s clear that the new owner care about customers and their experience and are committed to providing high level of service.
