Spoke to me like I was an idiot. Wouldn’t listen when I said it was a free return shipment. Made me pay to print off my shipping label even though it was supposed to be free.

I visited for a color print. The service was really quick and very friendly. I appreciated the store.

I went to this store to get passport-size photos and had a very disappointing experience. The staff did not show me the photo before printing to confirm if I was satisfied. When I checked it afterwards, the picture looked dull, pale, and had terrible contrast. The lighting in the store is very poor, and the camera flash reflection completely ruined the quality.
When I went back to explain the issue, the staff member kept insisting he “couldn’t do anything” and told me to come back 30 minutes later—even though I explained I needed the photos urgently. I requested a simple retake, but he refused to help.
This is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of basic customer service. I would not recommend getting passport photos done here. There are many other places that take pride in their work and actually care about customer satisfaction.

They have the printing machine if you don't have the waybill copy and that's the best thing.

My Golam was super helpful both professionally and personally.
UPS had returned my package by their own mistake and I was trying to get a refund since 25th of September 2025. I was being pushed around until i called the shipper(UPS UPPER JAMES, HAMILTON) and Mr Golam stepped in and helped with the while process, he was one step ahead and was always ready to listen when I called.
UPS initially agreed to refund and after 1 month the refund still was not done, Mr Golam tried his best but UPS wickedly changed their mind with the refund and as at the time of this review, UPS have not made the adjustment on the invoice as they promised, I have proof of emails where UPS Preffered customer agreed to do the refund but not they have changed their mind, they have been pushing me back and forth for almost 2months.
I am grateful to the staff of UPS Upper James and the Manager Mr Golam for their professionalism reagrfing this matter. They have been so helpful to make sure I receive my packages.
