Shipped product for a business that had to be cold for the duration of the shipment. Paid extra to get it to the Ottawa destination in 24 hours. UPS neglected to keep it cold, delivered it 2 days late after I paid for express shipping, resulting in $300 of product expiring and now no one to reimburse me because apparently their system has a different postal code for the address than google. Unfortunately their system's update is not the fault of the customer and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. I will be reporting to BBB, not only for their error, their lack of professionalism, not willing to take accountability to reimburse me my money for late delivery, expired product and a loss to my company as well.
Absolutely ridiculous. Not even a refund for the express shipping I paid for and ended up 2 days late. I was under the impression if you cant deliver a service properly you are entitled to a refund.... Will not be utilizing UPS going further. This is the second time this has happened. Also promised management would call me yesterday from head office, no such call ever received. Very clear the level of customer service and care.
