I’ve had to come visit them a couple of times because for some reason, curbs just like to jump towards my wife’s wheel.
And after these professionals are done working on my wheel, you can’t even tell anything happened to them.
So here is why I drive 45 mins to see these guys.
Once I had to get some new tires and I got them installed on rims at a local tire place.
During one of these jumping curb visits, after they fixed the rim, when they went to re-balanced the wheel, they found it was done wrong the first time.
And they had to redo the balancing on all my wheels that I had done locally.
So this is why I only go to them now, because when they do the job and it’s done right the first time.
You get what you pay for, so don’t waste your time going anywhere else.”
“Truthfully, hard to figure 5 vs 4. Settled on 5 because ultimately they delivered. I was changing rims and tire size on my car. They suggested they look at new rims on car to verify fit, issues etc. They did this before ordering tires. The rears were a difficult size to source in the Michelins I wanted. They were able to get them, came in when they said. Car went in for installation, but the size of spacers ordered were not correct, so had to put my original wheels/tires back on the car until correct spacers came in. When new ones were mounted with new spacers, they looked perfect. Unfortunately, new TPMS was not programmed. I tried to do this at home, but couldn’t get the car to accept the new TPMS units. I checked car diagnostics and it showed a fault on the Right Front TPMS. I called and they asked that I bring car in to sort it out. They also had difficulty programming the units. Tried different solutions then finally called manufacturer Tech Support, who confirmed that there was a software issue, sent Focus the fix, 10 minutes later everything was programmed correctly and I left, a happy customer. I wavered between a 4 or 5, and gave 5 because, altho it was a bit of a process, they were relentless in getting everything sorted out, securing hard to find tires, getting correct spacers, sorting out TPMS. Kevin and the lads got it done, never bitching about it, just rolling up their sleeves and getting it done as fast as they could, at the price they originally quoted. Isn’t that what we want, quality products and great service at a good price. I’d go back and would recommend to my friends.”

“Came to this shop to get a quote on some winter tires and steel rims, talked with Joe he asked for the car information and quickly gave me a price on two sets and gave his opinion that the less expensive was just as good as the more expensive ones. He did not try to upsell or make me believe I needed any extras. Left to check a few other places and came back to place the order. Was told I would be called when the tires and rims would be ready( they set them up before calling) to come get them installed. The following day they were ready and if I could come by that day at set time they would be installed. All said and done in 2 days. Fast, reasonable and professional.
