Sad to see this store closing now. Im a hot wheels collector, this store always lack of the specific model I want, but still made few great memories for me. So 3 star. If store back with more hot wheels will change to 5 stars for sure :)

We've been going to this store for years and it's a pretty good crew who are always helpful. We had an interaction with Bethany at the cash register. At first, she kicked the stroller we purchased and pushed it over to us after scanning it. Next my wife goes inside the store to come back out because it was cold and she had to put the baby in stroller. She yells from the cash register "Hey lady you haven't paid for that, have you?". It's interesting how she forgot she cashed us out few mins ago and asked the question. My wife responded by saying she could call me to validate the receipt (as I walked to the car already) to which she responds rudely "No need". I understand that the store is closing down but treat others as how you would want to be treated.

I wanted to share a positive experience we had about a month ago at your store. We arrived shortly before closing to purchase a car seat. Despite the limited time, your sales representative went out of her way to assist us. She quickly showed us a car seat compatible with our stroller and even consulted with her manager about a cost reduction due to the expiry date.
Her expertise and helpfulness made the experience memorable, and we deeply appreciated her going above and beyond. While we unfortunately didn’t catch her name, her exceptional service deserves recognition.

We are looking for a baby high chair and Stephanie at the baby section is very knowledgeable of the product. She is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help for what you are looking for!

Your best bet for a physical toy store. The hmv stuff is weird, but maybe they want the teen market, although it seems aimed at parents.
