We had a wonderful experience with U pack ( from Canada to USA) . Highly efficient and professional . Helped us throughout the process. And the best part is whole moving was in reasonable price( no hidden charges) .Highly recommend .

We used u-pack services for shifting from usa to canada. They are professional and have reasonable rates.

Complete rip-off. They are outsourcing half the stuff they do to an actual freight forwarder but then charge your randomly for storage even though they promised it was included. Stay away from them if you can.

Absolutely, useless service and rude employees. Customer service person claimed that she's in the business for several years so I was glad that I'm dealing with the right person, although that also, meant that she was too rude and didn't realize that customers may not have industry knowledge or experience moving. When asked literally, more than 10 times, I still kept getting the same answer that there's no action needI ed from my side to complete cross border transport and that U-pack would take care of it. This was not true and had to jump through a lot of hoops to clear my documentation and goods. The agent arrogantly kept saying I told you the whole process, which I kept pointing out that was not the full story. Wondering if she actually had the no of years of experience she claimed she had. Additionally, I received my goods- Completely DAMAGED!

With very little challenge, I was able to move my house stuff from USA to Canada. Process was so seamless.

The service and experience at the destination center was horrible. I had to call so many times that I have lost count. For transit I had to call, then stuff was stuck in Buffalo for days and when I called then I was told that the Visa copy was not clear(which by the way I had sent earlier and was very clear,) the same copy when sent again was ok. Even after the border was crossed I had to call so many times. It was a harassment and total waste of time. Apparently at 4:59 you can receive mail from client but not pickup their call. Even dispatch was not available to take calls mutilple times and since there was no direct line for dispatch, I had to rely on destination center to patch me up. Due to all this and much more I will never trust Upack again and won't suggest it to anyone.
