To say this is an amazing pharmacy... is an understatement. As someone who is chronically ill, it is so important to be able to get your meds and advice, from people that you can trust. This whole team goes above and beyond what I've experienced at other pharmacies! They don't treat you like transaction, they treat you like a friend.

Upper Ottawa Medical Clinic owns this pharmacy and they have a doctor named Edwin Lee. Be very careful with this doctor. My mom passed away because of his negligence. Mom had her platelets count over 3000 and he didn’t let us know. Mom had done 4 blood tests and they told her nothing and because of this her blood was like Gel and she passed away meanwhile there was a simple treatment and people without treatment last usually 1-3 years however with treatment they can live a normal life. I’m still hurting till now because of their negligence

Had a family emergency and missed my appointment with Dr. LEE in this clinic and was refused the option to reschedule because their number isn't listed online and I couldn't call to cancel. 10/10 do not recommend this doctor.Tried to explain that my mother almost dying took priority over my appointment and they said they didn't care.

Unlike the big chain pharmacies with their assembly line approach, this little place gives personalized service. They are truly on the ball and take a personal interest in my familys needs. Top notch.

Absolutely the worst. Moved to the city a year ago and needed a new doctor, The staff never returns calls and I even poke to the doctor twice about this. then the next time I called they called me back 5 days later.
Now Doctor Quayyum has left their practice and they didn't bother to notify their existing patience, Now I have to find out how to get my prescriptions while I wait 2 months for a new doctor.

I absolutely love that pharmacy. The workers there are really nice and when you go to drop off a prescription it will be filled for you immediately. I definitely recommend it
