I don't like their service at billing desk.. I usually do my shopping from there, I feel everything good but the cashier at billing desk lacks patience..
I bought yesterday many things and it was about to closing time.. I was respecting their closing timing, I go to desk for my billing.. but the cashier was just giving me frustrated look.. people were still there in other malls, there was still time for closing and it was just my billing left..
It should not be the reason to being rude.

I’ve shopped at this location for years and have never really had a bad experience with staff until today. I was in a rush and went to try on two items. There were no staff at the fitting room, so I looked around, shrugged, and went into a stall to try them on quickly. When I came out, an older employee with pink hair and a chip on her shoulder was helping someone else in another stall, noticed me, and asked if I “automatically just went into the stall without talking to an employee”. She then gave me a very patronizing lecture about seeking an employee before entering the fitting rooms. When I told her that there were no employees around, she snapped at me that they were all close by.
With so many employees to a store, should it really be up to the customer to go around looking for one? I understand this is often the policy, but even so, the attitude/power trip was unnecessary. If you want to know how many items I have, ask politely and apologize for not doing your job instead of telling me off. I work in customer service, and would never speak to my clients the way I was spoken to today.

I had purchased a few Christmas gifts here and a couple of them needed the sizes exchanged. I went in on the 26th and found the right sizes to exchange. When I got to the counter the salesgirl said, sorry, No exchanges on the 26th or 27th. I begged her to assist me and wined about the policy but she would not make an exception. She said because it was to busy to do on 26th or 27th, I looked around and there was 2 people in store, it was 8pm. Which of course then what she said made no sense to me. Calvin another associate heard my complaining and asked if I would like for the items to be put on hold till the 28th. I was not thrilled with this option as I was not confident my items would be here when I returned on the 28th, but as I had no other choice, I left my name on the 2 items and said I would be back on the 28th. I returned to store today the 28th and asked for the items. The salesgirl looked everywhere for them and apologized several time because the items were nowhere to be found. Exactly what I thought would happen had happened. She finally found 1 item in the correct size that was in good condition, But not the other item. I did find a replacement for the other item, so all was good at last. As I was leaving Calvin returned from his break, he did remember me and went to look for the items himself which of course were not where they were supposed to be, I told him the girl had already looked and found 1 item and I completed my tansaction. My complaint is in how the holds are handled and where they are kept. The 1st hold rack I saw was in a spot where customers could browse through and another spot in the fitting room area which not positive but probably customers can help themselves as well. I think the back room secured from customers eyes would be appropriate for all holds. The policy of no exchanges on 26th and 27th is past its time. For future boxing days, a suggestion is to have 1 cash dedicated to exchanges, if customers want to wait in this line for their exchange then that is their choice, or have your holds more organized if you want to stick to this outdated policy, so upon return on the 28th customers are no disappointed that there items are nowhere to be found. Also 1 more suggestion is when folding items on table, keep the size tag out so customers don't have to make a mess looking for a the correct size needed. Your prices are good, selection and styles are as well. Always good place for gifts at reasonable prices.

Worst customer service ever. I never had any issues not until today. I simply came in as a customer asking an employee for help exchanging the size of an online order they got wrong. I was given a large instead of what was written on the order which was small. You think it would be that easy but no we had to argue first in order for them to help me. When they refused to help me, she even have the guts to accuse me of raising my voice when she’s the one being so rude, screaming and telling me that she just can’t do anything about it. You’re embarrassing yourself with the tone of voice you had. Do I need to beg for you to help? First of all, I wouldn’t come here if they hadn’t got my order wrong, telling me to send it in mail and get an exchange is not helping me at all. This sweater wouldn’t make it in time for Christmas. She told me that online purchases are totally different from in-store purchases and it would be much easier for them if it was an in-store purchase. She was too lazy to figure out how to help so saying “No we can’t do it” is the easiest excuse. I kept telling her that I didn’t make the mistake on the online order, they got the size wrong. I simply wanted to exchange the size, that’s it! Why do I have to go through all of the trouble to send it back in mail and get the right size when I’m already in the store with the receipt and the sweater? Whatever happened to hiring employees that are compassionate with what they do and are willing to help customers without giving them attitude. I got a kid size sweater which was 10 dollars cheaper than what I bought as an exchange.(Thanks to the blonde lady who actually helped me getting the right size.) I didn’t get any credit for the difference because I was told they just can’t. It’s almost Christmas and all we get are grumpy employees like this. If I could give 0 as a review I definitely would. Her quality of customer service is just so bad.

Decluttering the messy pile of clothes will help customers find what they are looking for. Also, if you can get someone to help in the changing room instead of customers waiting or looking for someone to help.

Still one of the best and cheapest clothing stores around. I don't like their fashions as much as a few years ago but you can't beat a lot of the prices.
