Found my new electronic store. Great customer service. Tony was a pleasure to deal with.I was looking for a local business instead of the other big block stores and found Visions. They were very friendly and Tony delivered my 70inch t.v the same day. Great prices and warranty. I look forward in returning for a sound bar and all my future purchases. Will gladly tell my friends and family about my experience.

Manager Eric and Tony are Amazing!!! They have treated my wife Angela and myself, really well. Made sure that our needs were fully taken care of. I'm unable to do the setup of electronics anymore due to my condition, and Tony has setup our TV, receiver, speakers, subwoofer. Even our brand new air conditioners that we purchased today May 21st 2024. Called Eric and asked if he would do setup on them, and he said he could do it today. Less than 45 minutes Tony was here with an assistant. Sorry I can not remember his name due to memory issues. Thanks for everything!! Greatly appreciated!!Lindsay and Angela Mugford

I ordered a car stereo. It took four months to come in. End up being the wrong one. I wasn't going to wait any longer. They they lied and telling me they're going to get me a deal on the next one which end up being I used stereo. I don't think I'll ever buy anything there again. Rather go to Best Buy.

I just had a tv delivered by to very nice men Tony and Veru they very pleasant put to tv where i needed it to go Toney explained where the screen was and how to open the tv i also must say the staff at the Hamilton store BY Nash Rd were very helpful explained about all the tv every were looking at help make a purchase a good experience

I came in for a sound bar. Robin was very helpful in showing me the options and testing the sound on each. He showed me the difference between them and was very knowledgeable of the manufacturers. Highly recommend the service here. Pricing is great as well.
